“This was a quick weekend trip for the Vail Dance Festival and this home was PERFECT for our stay! It was clean, spacious, comfortable and also had a great deck to enjoy a cup of coffee each morning. The location is also perfect! I came to this festival a couple years ago and our location that time was okay, but this location was GREAT! Just a five minute drive to the main parking at Vail Village. I would absolutely stay here again!”

“Cute little tiny house, walking distance to downtown, with mountain views. Was stocked with everything we needed and plenty of room to sleep the 4 of us, with room to spare. Only complaints are that the A/C unit is more of a decoration than a reality, and we lost a wallet while we were there (realized after we left) and the owner/property manager never got back to us with whether they found it or not, despite us reaching out multiple times and them responding that they'd let us know. ”

Our only issue was with VRBO in trying to get location and checkin information in advance as opposed to day before and contacting host. The website kept failing and had to contact customer service 2 times to get resolution. ”

It was super convenient for walking to downtown Leadville shops and restaurants.
