El apartamento para dos muy comodo, y el hecho que la cocina quedara un poco apartada permitis descansar mejor sin ruido de nevera. El servicio de limpieza no es a petición , tal y como indica, solo van una vez por semana, que en nuestro caso que estubimos 5 dias no coincidió, asi que teniamos que sacar la basura nosotros mismos.El personal amable, aunque a veces la comunicación fallaba.

Fin de semana Basilea
Estaban reformando la recepción. La habitación muy confortable y silenciosa daba a la parte posterior, parecía reformada recientemente. Los servicios correctos. El desayuno está bien, aunque no es económico. La situación estupenda para visitar la ciudad. Consideran niño solo hasta 12 años.

Not worth the price
I booked this hotel for 2 overnight thinking it would be a nice hotel considering their price (€220 per night). I am very disappointed because the hotel’s advertising is not accurate. They should clearly state that their rooms do not have REAL BEDS but just a hide a bed, the type of bed you pull down from the wall. The mattress is roughly 10cms thick and even if it is “queen size”, it is very uncomfortable. The hotel does not have cleaning service, nor service what so ever. They did not make the bed nor refreshed towels. I would consider this as an expensive hostel but not a hotel nor an bed and breakfast. I am not used to sleeping in hide a beds, but this is my first time and will certainly not book again any Aparthotel property. This is also my first time with Expedia and I am not satisfied with my Hotel choice. On the other hand, linens were good and Staff is average. Basel City is a fine place and they are very friendly and attentive with visitors.

As already on Tripadvisor and Expedia.com explains: We are sorry that Adagio Aparrthotel concept is not suitable for you. We are sorry that not all feature are communicated to you - although all services and furnishings are reel good shown on all booking channels we offer our aparthotel. I am sorry to hear that the bed was uncomfortable. Our bed system for all aparthotels Adagio are modern and practical. A queen sized bed of minimum 150*200 with slatted bed base, mattress of minimum 18cm height and covered with mattress molton and linen. That you can pull up this bed into wall is an additional feature which allows you - as guest - to use your studio room as a big living room, not only as bedroom. Sincerely,

El apart hotel es nuevo, cómodo, cerca de transporte, en un área tranquila, los servicios son mínimos pero suficientes. Supermercado cerca y muy buen parking dentro del edificio a un precio el parking para lo que es la zona muy razonable Definitivamente volvería

Ideal para estancia de varios días
Bonita habitación con cocina incluida con toda clase de utensilios, importante si estás unos días, pues supone un ahorro en restaurantes, que son muy caros en toda Suiza. La cama es sofa-cama que me pareció cómodo. Está en un barrio tranquilo a unos 15 minutos a pie del centro, bien comunicado con tranvías. Te dan un pase para los transportes durante tu estancia que incluye el bus al aeropuerto. En la cercana Clarastrasse hay comercios y bares. El climatizador hacia un ligero ruido y no se podía apagar, por suerte no molestó para dormir. El personal amable y servicial. El precio es bueno teniendo en cuenta lo caros que son los hoteles en la ciudad.

Detalles que dejaría pasar si no fuera Suiza
La cama es de tipo sofa-cama / plegable, por lo que no es muy cómoda. El secador es de pared y el anclaje estaba algo suelto, por lo que se caía y tuvimos que dedicarle tiempo a poder anclarlo y que no se pusiera en funcionamiento. Faltan almohadas, solo habían 3, cuando lo normal es tener mínimo 4.

Hola! Muchas gracias por el Feedback. Lo siento que el secador non estaba funcionando, por favor por el proxima vez usted puede hablar con la reception para resolver el problema. Normalmente tiene mas una almohada en el armario, se non ha suficiente puede también pedir la reception. Deseamos una buena semana e esperamos que puedemos recebera-la mas una vez en nuestro aparthotel.

Buena ubicación con reservas por los servicios.
Ciertas incomodidades en la habitación: Suelo de moqueta con manchas en el suelo (sensación de sucio) y climatización que no te permitía desconectar el aire (solo podías bajar o subir la temperatura), lo que resultaba dañino para la garganta. No tienen incluido el servicio de limpieza de la habitación, ni el cambio de toallas.

Nos hubiera gustado que tuviera una mejor experiencia en nuestro hotel y es por ello que tomamos nota para mejorar los puntos que no fueron de su agrado. Día a día nos esforzamos en ofrecer una experiencia excepcional a nuestros clientes y es evidente que esta vez no pudimos alcanzar nuestro objetivo. Somos un hotel de apartamentos y ofrecemos diferentes servicios como hoteles normales de la ciudad. Limpieza semanal y limpieza final siempre está incluido en el precio de la habitación. El servicio diario opcional o simplemente servicio de basura y toallas se pueden reservar por una tarifa. Hasta que todas las habitaciones son reemplazadas con laminado las alfombras existentes será regular shampooed. We started already a renovation and remove step by step older carpets in guests rooms with new wooden laminate. This work will be continued. Le agradeceríamos que nos diera otra oportunidad y puede estar seguro que trataremos de hacer todo lo posible para que tenga una excelente experiencia en nuestro hotel de la cual muchos huéspedes ya han tenido la ocasión de disfrutar. Worth the higher price
One of the best accommodation we had during our EU trip. It's has higher price compared to other hotel but it is practically an apartment with fully functional kitchen which can be great to cut cost on dining. The location is also great.

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was very good. Everyone was very helpful and nice. The hotel's location is very close to everything needed such as bars, restaurants and grocery.
