Lo recomiendo totalmente, el buffet de desayuno es muy bueno y variado, las habitaciones son perfectas limpias, grandes, recomiendo la Deluxe. Justo delante del hotel hay una parada del tranvía y en 5 minutos estás en pleno centro.

Basel is a nice city to enjoy walking. The hotel is in a convenient location to the River, stores, restaurants, markets and of course the Christmas markets.

I was very pleased with the accommodation as it was very convenient - friendly reception, close to the trams, with eating options and a supermarket a few doors down. The breakfast was also pretty good. The one thing that confused me slightly was taking the tram from SBB station and alighting at Messeplatz. It was not obvious to me where the hotel was from google map!

Very nice modern hotel. Good amenities. Our room was upgraded - it was a good sized room. With Swiss focus on environment, the temperature control in the room is governed. We stayed in early September during a heat wave and the room was far too hot for sleep. Fortunately staff provided us with an electric fan to make it bearable. Will not travel to this area in summer again. At least we had AC! Good restaurant at hotel. Hotel close to other good restaurants and stores. 10 minute walk to old town central market area with many museums, shops, cafes, and a cathedral! Transit was right outside our hotel. Excellent transit system. Easy to use.

Je descends régulièrement dans cet hôtel pour mon travail. Il est bien situé et impeccable. Je trouve par contre le petit déjeuner exorbitant.

Chere Aurore, merci pour vos commentaires et votre joli 10/10. Les prix en Suisse et en France ne sont pas comparables, un petit déjeuner buffet d'aussi grande qualité que le notre avec autant de produits faits maison, à 27 Francs est correct, le salaire moyen suisse étant de 6000 Francs, c'et un prix tout à fait normal. Un tel petit déjeuner en France coûte aux alentours de 20 pour un salaire moyen de 2000. La comparaison n'est pas faisable, le niveau de vie est quasiment le même. Nous serons ravis toutefois de vous accueillir à nouveau à Basel.

Very friendly receptionist, room was available for an early check in as a plus. Room was great and comfortable with free water and coffee available. Good location but quiet.
