“in 44 years of traveling around the world this was the worse and demeaning Hotel experience ever had( payment was made in advance BTW )! i cannot say anything about the accommodations because i never made it in!!! After an exhausting and temultuous trip to Potenza , my only concern was checking in , resting down my heavy luggage and preparing etc etc! however when i approached the door and tried to enter , there was no response or answer, i also tried to call a dozen times to no response! “We absolutely loved our stay in the La Cava nel Barisano Suite. Rosalba and Gianfranco were wonderful and generous hosts providing us with breakfast supplies and beautiful cakes. They recommended where to park and guided us into the Sassi in the dark. Their communication during our stay was great. “The condo is a short walk from the centre. No elevator makes for getting luggage to the condo a work out. However when you open the door it is worth the effort. Pictures are very accurate, it is a large condo. Our host left a very nice surprise of breakfast items. The bedrooms are large and lots of storage. The host was easy to communicate with and quick response. Prrhaps one day we will return to this amazi g cindo in a beautiful city. ”
