THE VILLA

The recently renovated main house is designed for comfortable Caribbean living, with spacious interiors, a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of room to relax together.

Large outdoor areas make the most of the villa’s elevated hillside position and beautiful surroundings. Enjoy your morning coffee in the fresh trade winds, spend lazy afternoons outside or watch the light change over Nevis as evening approaches.

Guests have exclusive use of the entire main house and its dedicated living areas during their stay.

The villa forms part of a spacious property that also includes two separately positioned cottages, which may be occupied by other guests or can be rented with the main house. The residences are not directly beside one another and have been positioned to maintain their own independent spaces.

TURTLE BEACH

Turtle Beach is an upscale residential enclave on the Southeast Peninsula of St. Kitts, characterized by large villas, spacious properties, tropical vegetation and spectacular views toward Nevis.

Set on the Atlantic side of the peninsula, the elevated neighborhood feels peaceful and removed from the island’s busier areas. Refreshing trade winds regularly sweep across the hillside, and St. Kitts’ famous green vervet monkeys are frequent visitors to the surrounding vegetation.

Turtle Beach itself is a quiet, undeveloped Atlantic-side beach located down the hill. For a classic Caribbean beach day, beautiful Cockleshell Beach is approximately five minutes away by car, with calm Caribbean water, beach bars and restaurants.

Christophe Harbour Marina, Park Hyatt, additional beaches, restaurants and the ferry to Nevis are also within less than 10min drive.

GETTING AROUND

A rental car is strongly recommended for enjoying Turtle Beach and exploring St. Kitts at your own pace.

The final approach to Turtle Beach is along a gravel road that can be driven with a regular car. The property itself is accessed by a steep driveway.

Taxis and private transportation can also be arranged when needed.

This is a tropical hillside property surrounded by nature, so birds, monkeys and other island wildlife are part of the experience.

The property has a backup water supply for added convenience.
