Hotel en malas condiciones con basura por todo el jardin. Desayuno horrible con productos ultraprocesados. Cafe de sobre... En fin un desastre en general para el precio que se paga.

We arrived at check in time. No one was on the premesis and they did not answer the phone number provided. The lady at the next door property finally contacted the owner and he said he would be there in 15 minutes. We waited 1.5 hours and he never showed up. We wound up renting another hotel. Don't book this property. Unbelievably poor experience.

Parking was easy to find, used the large main car park just behind the hotel, was not free but the hotel does state you have to pay, easy check in with a simple call, the place is a bit dated with the decor but it's a old building anyway, the room has everything you need and is clean, breakfast was OK and self service with a small but good selection on offer, great position in bath easy to walk into town.

Dated but perfectly comfortable

Room was a bit dated but very comfortable and was perfect for a nights stay in Bath for work. Would stay here again, pretty good for the price and super close to town!!

The host were very accommodating. They wanted to make sure our stay was good. Even though we didn’t see them, they made sure our check in went smooth and communicated quickly on what’s app. Thank you

Good location for the royal crescent and Bath centre . Couldn’t get in touch with the hotel to book parking , called and called and no reply so booked a space but it was a mile walk from the hotel.Not ideal . Hotel overall was fine.

Our room was Very clean, linen was very comfortable. Great location with a bus stop out the front of the property and only a 10 min walk into the heart of bath. Lots of food choices. The only down fall being one roll of toilet paper for 3 guests on a two day, two night stay.

Poor check in, no one is present at check in and we were having problems with our phone so if it weren’t for kind people who were also staying there we would’ve had no way to check in.

Wonderful staff. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. The light in our bathroom broke down and they couldn’t move us as they were fully booked. They gave us torches to use and treated us to dinner in the restaurant.

Hotel fair, but only just

Nice enough hotel for the centre of Bath, Room Ok but although there was a kettle there was no , tea, coffee, milk etc,no host at all keycode to get in , had to phone a number and they gave you entrance code, Breakfast was basic , but enough, but definitely not a continental brsakfast, OK for a 1 night stay , not sure about any longer

Didn’t realise it was a B&B when I booked it. Was happy with the stay regardless. It had what we needed and it was clean and tidy. Management was friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was the shower head really lacked pressure.

Good Stay

We enjoyed our stay here. I spoke to the host on the phone as we arrived early and wanted to parking advice. He was so kind and explained in detail how to get to the car park and recommendations around Bath. The room was clean and comfortable. You can hear people walking around but that’s to be expected in an old home.

Not the best

The hotel is close to the city center . Self check in ; no one on the premise . Heater not working and it was cold in the room. Overall ok for a one night stay .
