"We booked a 3 night stay (Th, Fr &Sat) due to a family funeral. Thursday and Friday nights we used the Do Not Disturb sign. So we expected the room to be cleaned or at least clean towels. "First night in first cabin was horrible, spider webs everywhere. Very dirty and nasty. Could not sleep. Next day we got to move to another cabin. You would think they would have given us our money back for first night, but didn’t even offer. I have pictures of how nasty it was!"
