From the amazing view of the sea to all the varied wildlife in the grounds, posse of monkeys visit every day drinking from the pool and generally being monkeys to peacocks, a mongoose, frogs, all the birds. Nick the owner is a friendly chap and clearly set the ethos of this place and is always around to help if needed. Kalpa and Umesh (managers) are great, absolute credit to the place. “Really nice place. Modern. Clean. Quiet. Super calm. It is dry which should be noted. Great pool and access to the beach. Thats lovely for a swim. Great views. Youll be happy...but its dry. Around the hotel there isnt much so get a tuk tuk into town. The breakfast was average. We ate out...just beacuse. We didnt use the spa ”

“We were greeted with a delicious welcome juice and a cold towel. Check in was speedy, bags were promptly delivered to our room and the room itself was spacious, cool and with a nice view. The hotel provides towels for the beach as well as the pool and the breakfast was a good spread with an egg station. All staff were friendly and calm. Coconut tree hill is a very short walk and mirissa beach was 200lrk in a tuk tuk but was also walkable. Would definitely stay again”

“What an incredible hotel. If you are staying in Mirissa this is the place to be. It is very good value for money considering the impeccable service, beautiful interiors and stunning 360 views. We loved the beautiful views for breakfast and the lift up to the hotel is a fun touch! Would highly recommend this to anyone for a memorable and comfortable stay. Also very convenient for all of the beaches”
