This was the perfect weekend getaway for our family! It was extremely close to the baseball park we needed to be at all weekend! This house is the perfect location for baseball families! Close proximity to Walmart and church were definitely an added bonus as well! We especially loved the fact that this house is pet friendly and any issues we had were immediately addressed and fixed. (Bedroom door handle was broken. The cleaning lady came out the next day and replaced it) 10/10 recommend staying here!

Cute but not as clean

So let me start by saying that there was a mattress and a door on the side of the rental. Lots of homeless people in the area so it’s almost like an invitation for them. The shower curtains all need to be changed. They were not clean. The grass looked like it hasn’t been mowed since the season began. Cute townhouse with lots of room!

The property was very nice with plenty of parking. Beds were very comfortable, living room couch could be updated cover was falling off. Kitchen is plenty big with nice kitchen just needs some more pans and bowls. We would gladly stay here again.

Bowling in Baton Rouge

This place worked out well for our group that was in Baton Rouge for bowling. We had 2 couples and a single person, each bedroom had a bathroom. A grocery store and Walmart were nearby. I would recommend this to anyone bowling the Open Championships this year.

Perfect location for LSU!

My sister and I moved our two daughters in to LSU this weekend. This was the perfect location to do so. Close to campus, close to the last minute things that the girls “needed” and a great area to choose dinner from for my birthday! Loved that there were 3 bedrooms all with king size beds AND everyone had their own bathroom. We will definitely be staying here again!

As Pictured w/ thoughtful touches

We really enjoyed our stay here, the place was nice and clean and exactly as pictured. It's much bigger than you would expect from the outside and pictures, There's a bath in all rooms (3). The bed was very comfortable, as was the common area furniture. They provided ample towels and additional bedding, and welcome snacks which is so thoughtful. They also provide the essentials for cooking, you're not going to be able to cook a 5-course meal or anything, but they provide enough to get by, which was fine as we had no intentions on cooking. Aaron was responsive, and easy to contact. We didn't have issues, just the norm: letting him know we arrived / checked out, late check out request, notice of anything that appeared damaged, etc. There was a big box that was delivered to the property on day 2 of our stay, that we brought in for them, and there was nowhere to really store it. This was like a REALLY big box that now just had to sit and take up space in the living room, I'm not a huge package in the middle of the floor type and felt this was a tad bit inconvenient. Someone def should have come to get it or come to store it in one of the locked maintenance rooms so it would be out of the way... but it wasn't the end of the world. there were other packages that came as well, they really should avoid stuff like this when the space it being occupied. Hopefully this isn't a common thing. But all in all the stay was nice and comfy and I would book again.
