The house was nice on new condition, however there was room for improvement. The door in our room was broken. Bedding was adequate but barely. I did contact the host to find out if there was a hairdryer and did not get a response. Obviously we were from out of town attending the LSU Game and the threat of charging additional/calling the police if we had a few extra people in or out left us not wanting to let our friends come in to use bathroom as we made a quick stop at the house. We were comfortable and appreciated the water and coffee and creamer .

Family Staycation

This home truly provided a sense of security and comfort — it felt like a home away from home! My teens absolutely loved the showers and appreciated how clean everything was. Every bed was SUPER comfortable and freshly made, which made for a great night’s sleep. One of the things I valued most was the peace and quiet — even with multiple people in the house, I couldn’t hear a thing once I was in the bedroom. That kind of privacy is such a bonus when traveling with a group. I’ll definitely be on the lookout for this house again when we return. Communication with the owners was excellent — they were always attentive and quick to respond whenever we reached out. Highly recommend!

Family trip

We enjoyed our trip and time at this VRBO site. It was in a great neighborhood and easy to find. The only thing I would say to others is bring pillows if you can, as the ones provided are like pancakes. The customer service was great when we had questions. Would recommend

Great Spot in Baton Rouge

Stayed at this property for the USBC Nationals Bowling Tournament and could not be more satisfied with the experience. Home was clean, had plenty of space, and located in a great community. Booking was easy and property manager was super responsive with any questions that we had. Would highly recommend!

This property is spacious, very neat and clean and in a great location. The host was attentive. The only negative for me was that there were only 1 towel per person and the mew washer/dryer combo unit was not convenient.

Our group of 4 were part of two teams of us bowling in the Nationals tournament at the Raising Caines Center. The home was as described providing us with appropriate number of bedrooms and bathrooms. The home was a short distance to the center and many restaurants to choose from during our short stay. Very accommodating to our requests.

Very nice and clean townhome

Great communication with the owner and the house was just as advertised. Very close to LSU if you are going to a game. We were in town for the bowling tournament and no problem getting to the convention center downtown.

A Place for the Entire Family!

Our stay at this beautiful and spacious home was perfect for us and the grandkids! Is also located near a grocery store and multiple restaurants almost within walking distance. We will definitely be back!

Great property and convenient to campus. The TV situation needs to be addressed as they were not setup and we had to setup using our Google accounts and could not log into Apps with our logins like Netflix, Hulu, etc.

Spacious and Convenient!

The property provided plenty of room for 6 adults and 5 kids and was recently updated, with a nice kitchen and nice bathrooms. We were very close to LSU and the property was very easy to access, the owners were super responsive and very helpful. For example, when we checked in, we noticed there were only 2 washcloths. We contacted the owner who promptly delivered more washcloths. That was nice! The TVs were all Roku, so we could easily access our apps and let the kids watch TV. The garage was a plus! Areas of improvement: the property was sparsely equipped in the kitchen, there were only about 4 forks and a few coffee mugs. We didn't bring our own cups/plates/silverware, so it would have been nice to have enough for the amount of people the unit holds (10), not a huge deal, but something the owners could easily add to make future stays more comfortable. Additionally, the cleanliness was given a 3 out of 5 star rating, the carpets were noticeably dirty (hair and dirt) and the bathrooms had hair against the walls /around the tubs. In the owner's defense, we did try to check in early, so perhaps the hosts rushed through cleaning for us to accommodate an early check in, but I think a thorough cleaning/carpet steam would have made this a 5 star stay!
