Definitely not a 5 star establishment but fair enough! Standard room with balcony was nice and the room was quite big! The breakfast are really nice with lots of choices. Nice pool area but they are hopeless on the music (too loud and to techno)

Definitely NOT 5 star!! Avoid!
Bed is very uncomfortable, duvets and pillows are synthetic, and the sheets are very rough. A/C sounds like a tractor. Slippers are basically two thin pieces of shaped paper stick together. The shampoo and shower gel feels very cheap as well.

Room was very large and clean, had a very nice shower. Hotel was a 30 second walk from the beach which was very convenient and close to a nice beachside restaurant.

Nice large hotel infront of the promenade
Clean large style hotel, rooms are nicely sized and right infront of the promenade so very nice in the afternoon and evenings. We were hoping to get massages while staying here but unfortunately spa massage services were closed, and the second floor casino also. Breakfast is decent and rooms are comfortable. There were a bunch of other good facilities in the hotel. Only thing we had an issue with was we booked and paid for a suite, but the hotel was overbooked and they downgraded us to a normal room (they told us we were upgraded to ocean view but these regular rooms are still cheaper than the suite), and no refund. However they did give us a late checkout till 5pm on the last day. Overall a nice hotel and decently priced.

Номер нужно брать обновленый! Тогда все будет хорошо! Тихо, спокойно, удобная кровать, номер большой, огромный балкон, подушки разной жесткости, но я бы рекомендовал отелю мягкие подушки заменить на пуховые, тогда сон гостей будет вообще идеален. Отель в самом центре. Очень удобно с ужином. До рыбного рынка и морских ресторанов ехать 3 минуты на такси. Завтрак так себе, но лучше в Грузии я и не видел почему-то, к сожалению даже в 5*отелях...

Families and disco beaches.
It is a bit off of the beaten path. Download the local taxi app so you can get back and forth to the places you are likely to go. Breakfast buffet is good, not amazing. Expect a lot of children and that you will be taxiing to and from the hotel. The ocean is right outside the hotel, which is lovely. Be wary that the ocean view is varied. My view was also with a lot of structural pillars and beams in the way. Also, Baitumi is fond of beach front discos, so be prepared for a lot of thumping and club noise. The beach boulevard is right on the edge of the property, so you can walk easily (eventually) to where you want to go.

Modernes Hotel mit Meerblick
Direkt an der Strandpromenade gelegen mit Blick aufs Meer. Allerdings fast am Ende der Promenade, wenn man in die City moechte. Also entweder ca. 4 km auf der Strandpromenade laufen oder ein Taxi nehmen. Moderne Einrichtung und Technik, die auch funktioniert, Zimmer geraeumig und hell. Das Fruehstuecksbuffet ist sehr umfangreich und vielfaeltig, das hilfsbereite Personal am Check-in und im Service spricht z.T. englisch. Zu anderen Gaesten, oft Reisegruppen, war jedoch leider kaum Kontakt zu bekommen, da vor allem russisch sprechend. Alles in allem ein ordentliches Preis-/Leistungverhaeltnis, jedoch keine familiaere Atmosphaere oder ungewoehnlich positive Erfahrungen. Eher ein Hotel mit funktionaler Business Ausstrahlung.

V. Good Option
It's very good option to stay at in Batumi Bulivard. Access to near resturants, commercial shops and the beach. I hope they improve the housekeeping by changing the sheets daily and vacuum clean the carpets of the room. Good value of money.

This property is new and has excellent location with the sea view. Breakfast was great, rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable. The hotel has free parking. You can walk right to the boulevard. I would recommend it for romantic or family trip.
