Not good at all. Property did not match photos. A/C not working well. General condition of RV very poor. Fish station broke down and water leaking. Restroom smell was terrible and vent fan not working. Photo showed pics of awning over RV but was blown off 2 years ago and laying in canal. Deceiving by pics.

Let me start on a positive. The location was great. The RV is backed up to the canal. There is a big light hooked up for night fishing. I did like the firepit (bring your own wood). The grill came in handy (bring charcoal). Now the bad. The master bed Bathroom smelled like sewage as if the gray water tank hasnt been emptied in months. We couldnt even use it bc the smell was so bad. The fridge doesnt get cold and the freezer is cool, at best. We had to throw out food and eat at the local food trucks at Flamingos liquor store. It didnt freeze any ice. We had to buy multiple bags of ice and keep in a cooler. The stove doesnt work. The fish cleaning station has no electric and is falling apart. I wouldnt book this if i were you. There are better options for the money.

Not in working order

Upon arrival we discovered that the shower head in the only shower was completely broken off. This made using the shower very difficult. The hot water would run out in just a few minutes due to the broken shower. The air conditioner in the master bedroom also did not work. Both problems were immediately communicated with the owner but no offer to fix the problems or discount was offered. I would NOT recommend

Weekend getaway

This place was perfect for what we wanted! The outdoor space is great. We brought our boat to fish , due to weather we didn’t want to go out a couple of the days. It was nice to be able to fish right in your back yard. The set up is great, covered area, lights for night fishing. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great place. Good Fishing.

This place was great my wife and I brought our grandkids. We had plenty of room. Kids enjoyed fishing. We cooked s’mores at the fire pit. And felt safe. Would recommend.

Very good area. Nice spot of land. Camper must fine and cool. Did not use the fire pit yet was nice to have Used fish cleaning area and night fishing lite. Very nice setup.
