Casa bien mantenida en la hermosa Sargent, TX - ¡El secreto mejor guardado en la costa de Texas! Esta casa fue remodelada recientemente con una gran cocina abierta / comedor / sala de estar que es un gran lugar para pasar el rato cuando está adentro, pero ¿por qué estar dentro cuando el exterior tiene mucho que ofrecer? Hay un lote grande con árboles cargados de musgo, una gran terraza espaciosa con vista al arroyo, el gran espacio del patio amueblado debajo de la casa y el muelle con una estación de limpieza cubierta. Pase el día pescando en su embarcadero privado, leyendo un libro en la tranquila hamaca o haga un viaje corto en automóvil o en bote a ICW y Sargent Beach, disfrute de la pesca, dé un paseo por la playa, recoja conchas o nade (a su propio riesgo - no hay salvavidas) en el surf!

Great stay. Had a lot of kitchen and outside supplies that came in handy. The dock was nice with electrical, water and lights, along with a green light for fishing. Kitchen/living room AC could get upsized had a little bit of trouble keeping up but the bedrooms would get ice cold. Overall great stay.

Great vacation rental! The house was clean and had everything we needed. Loved that we could take our large dogs on vacation with us. The only issue we had was that the dock next door was broken and down in the water, it made fishing a little difficult but we manage to work around it. Caught several channel cats, a crab, and my son caught a gar! Many memories made and we will definitely stay here again.

Lovely Cottage

Perfect anniversary get-away

We love visiting Sargent, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Dock Holiday! The house was perfect for my husband and me. It was comfy, decorated nicely, and it had everything we needed during our time there. The neighborhood is quiet, and the neighbors were friendly. We had so much fun fishing from the dock catching red fish, drum, sheepshead, flounder, croaker, catfish, Mangrove snapper, and speckled trout. This is the 2nd house we've rented through TopWater and both were amazing! We will definitely rent from Kandas and her team again.

Great house and an even better experience!

The house was very clean and was super homie. We enjoyed the fishing dock! All was explained as is. Kandas was also super sweet and very helpful. We will defiantly be booking through them again !

Peaceful place

Property is beautiful, with a dock to fish off. Home is really nice. Has all you need. Plenty of spaces to sit and enjoy the scenery.

We Absolutely Loved It!

Our family loved this home. Everything was perfect. The mosquitoes were horrible but other than that, we enjoyed everything including the lovely neighbors. Will definitely be booking this one again.

Nice spacious home. Perfect for a weekend getaway. Wish we had caught more fish. Would definitely come back. Suggestion would be to provide chairs on the fishing deck.

Fishing on Caney

It is a quiet, restful and has almost everthing you need. My husband and daughter enjoyed fishing off of the covered pier and I enjoyed reading under the large tree in the swing. while the dogs enjoyed the fenced in yard.

A Beach/Fishing Vacay

The house was clean, quiet neighborhood and a short drive to the beach. We caught a variety of fish/blue crab and had no mosquitoes, despite other’s experience, but we were ready. Overall a good trip and would come back again.

Had good stay. Very quiet and relaxing neighborhood and property under big oak trees. Good location to fish, could be great. Needs adequate lights. Was one green light and appeared use to be more but not any more. Add some better lights and a few more rod holders and would be great.

Great little place!

Everything was clean and orderly. The only thing that would have made it better was that the crab traps were broken and I had planned on having a crab boil. Other than that, it was a great little place to stay and relax!

Weekend Getaway

Our stay was awesome. It was a very clean, very peaceful, serene, and great for family bonding. When we first arrived, one of the window units was not cooling and the living room was not getting cool enough for us. After contacting the rental company, they quickly got a portable A/C out to us and that remedied the problem. Very quick response. Loved that! I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to friends and family.

Fishing trip

House was nice and clean. Creek was fun to fish and we caught a few baby black drums and reds back there. But mostly caught bait and a couple of crabs. A lot of gar moving at night. But dead caney lake wasn’t 2 far and we caught a nice size drum out there. There was equipment to fish and crab but we brought our own. Would book again
