The home itself was beautiful and had plenty of space for my family, but we had major issues with the heated pool and spa during our entire stay. The heater didn’t work, the jets didn’t work, and the system hummed loudly all night. I called several times and maintenance tried to help, but nothing was ever fully fixed. We booked this property expecting to enjoy the outdoor space, especially since we paid a premium for it, and we weren’t able to use it at all.The offer of a late checkout didn’t come close to making up for the inconvenience. My family traveled from out of state, and it was disappointing to watch neighboring homes use their pools while ours stayed unusable. The house is nice, but the lack of a working pool and spa made this stay fall short of expectations
