“Our group of 5 ladies stayed at the Hot Toddy for two nights and we wished we had booked it for at least one more night to take advantage of all the amenities. We came down to spend a day at the hot springs which was very close by. The property was adorable, comfortable, clean and had beautiful scenery. We loved our trip so much and would definitely come back to this property on our next trip to Pagosa.”

Also just fyi the clasps on the hot tub cover were broken and the top of the dishwasher rack was broken on the left side but everything worked… property manager was awesome! Would recommend in a heartbeat!”
