“It's a lovely clean and bright studio in the heart of Bayreuth, a 15 minute walk from the train station and less than a minute from the colourful and lively Maximilianstraße. If you're prepared to self-cater (and the local supermarkets are excellent), then it's a bargain. What stops it from my giving 5 stars? Not much. The apartment can get very hot, although a fan is provided. A separate receptacle for recycling would be welcome, as would a dustpan and brush for daily cleaning and instructions...

“This is a wonderful little appartment in a fabulous location in Bayreuth. Check-in was painful simply because there had been a technological issue which meant that Expedia were not passing on my messages to the host; this meant that I thought the host was very rude and I was getting panicky before the check-in, and probably the host was thinking I was unresponsive. Anyhow, when I was able to connect with them the communication was excellent and extremely helpful. The apartment is small but...
