Tristian is very nice! Super communicative and the place is so cute. Very close to multiple restaurants and a short ride to the beach with a quick walk to the bay. Would definitely stay here again! House is well stocked and pet friendly. Our Ellie loved it as well!

This place was perfect for my boyfriend and I plus our dog. Owner was extremely responsive (air conditioner in bedroom was leaking and the owner had someone out to fix it within 2 hours!). Quick walk to beach, bay, restaurants, and coffee spots. No complaints at all. We recommend!

Perfect little Bungalow

This was the perfect little place to stay for 2 adults and a chocolate lab. The proximity to the beach and the bay was ideal. Bars and restaurants were close too. My dog loved having his bed next to the slider for the breeze and outdoor scenery. Not a complaint, but would make it spot on if there was a screen door on the front and the shower water pressure was a little stronger. I would recommend this little gem.

Clean, comfortable, sufficient

Everything was as advertised. The one bedroom duplex is ground level, so easy to unpack and pack the car, and our dog enjoyed watching the minimal activity out of the sliding glass door. On a cold weekend in March, it was everything we needed to have a place to stay with our not-so-kid-friendly, elderly dog while visiting family who have kids.

Great break!

The place is so cute! Perfect for myself and my dogs. We went on so many walks. The neighbors were so nice and helpful. The bay beach was so nice to sit and enjoy.

A little piece of heaven

The unit was very clean, but small. Photos are not accurate- there was a daybed, not sofa, in the living room, and no air conditioning in the bedroom. Kitchen was lacking in cooking utensils- we wanted to cook shrimp and pasta when we arrived on Sunday, texted the owner that there was not a pot to cook in and he said it should be in the drawer, nope, just frying pans, his response was “hmm, sometimes things walk”.On Monday he sent us a message saying he was having a pot set to us and would let us know when it was arriving, we left on Wednesday with no further communication from the host. Very disappointing.

Perfect little bungalow by the beach

We had a wedding in LBI and wanted to be both close to the beach and bring our dog. This little bungalow was perfect for the two of us and the dog. Modest, but clean and perfect for 2 people. We walked to the beach, to dinner, to breakfast and to RonJon to shop— it was a good location for us. The clean towels were all packaged and wrapped in plastic, as were extra sheets if we needed them, which was nice. The owner was very communicative and was kind enough to text us to be mindful of the riptides at the beach one day. I have 2 minor suggestions— a screen door would be a lovely addition so you can see outside of the front door, while you’re inside. I would also consider adding more hooks on the backside of the bedroom door for hanging clothes. Thanks for a lovely long weekend!

Bungalow in Shipbottom

Tiny but comfortable. Great location. Kristen was an excellent host — responding quickly to my inquiries. The Grill was delivered and functioning by the time we settled in. My only complaint was there wasn’t a pot large enough to cook pasta or corn. This was a great place to stay. We would definitely consider it again.

Cozy place, good location

We had a bit of a snafu with cleaning, but the owner was responsive and I was refunded my cleaning fee after I asked for it. This is a very cozy place, I would not recommend more than two adults stay here - there just is not room. The sofa in the pictures is not the one in the property right now. The one in the property is a poorly cushioned daybed; very uncomfortable to sit on. Property lists a grill but there was none for us, which we had planned on for meals. Location is great and despite these issues, we enjoyed our long weekend here.

Nice stay - good location!

Nice, cute, clean place! Water pressure in shower was weak, but the bed was comfortable and the location was great. Walkable to bay and restaurants. Very small - perfect for 2 people, but I wouldn’t recommend it for more than that.

An OK place to sleep

The unit is very small. We only needed it for one night to sleep as we were visiting friends on the island for NY Eve. The heat (baseboards) was turned very low when we arrived. I’m not sure it was even on it was so cold in the unit. It did warm up but sure how long it took as we left to go to our friends. It was fine for a night.

Perfect for a quick stay!

My boyfriend and dear friend stayed the night for a wedding and the space was perfect. It was clean and comfortable with a great location. Check in/out was easy the contact with the host was nice and he even suggested some great places to eat. Would stay again for a quick trip! Thanks!

Great place in perfect location.

The unit had everything you needed. Close to bay for great sunsets, and close to beach. It was clean and enough space for a couple. Would also work for couple and child. Had nice outdoor space.
