We enjoyed our stay at the property. It was an easy walk to restaurants and shopping. We loved being right next to the beach and our kids loved the pool.

Absolute LBI perfection

Close to the beach, restaurants, shops, has its own pool and all the convenient amenities. We had an amazing time staying here. Perfect for our family of 5 with three little kids.

Location was perfect - just steps to the beach and walking distance to many great restaurants and other amenities. The place was comfortable for our family of 4 - exactly as advertised - and well-maintained.

Great Vacation - Location

Great Location in Beach Haven, everything in walking distance. The hosts were very accommodating and I absolutely recommend. We have 2 young children and they loved the pool, bunk beds and the condo had plenty of room. Great experience and will certainly be back again.

Beautiful Vacation

Can’t beat the location! Park your car and you are all set! Pool, beach and anything you need all within walking distance. Condo was very clean, and adorable. Host was very responsive to all questions! Great experience!

Nice place but very small

The place was nice, clean and had everything needed in kitchen for a long weekend. It is a very small condo in a great location I would recommend 2 adults and 2 children would fit comfortably. Not much room to put stuff you bring. Communication was excellent.

Great family fun

My wife and I have been coming to Beach Haven since we were little kids in the 80s. We were so happy to share it now with our two toddler daughters. Our unit was clean and perfect for our small family, and you can’t beat the location of ocean side across from Veterans Park. Highly recommend!

Great location and comfortable stay

I enjoyed my solo stay at this condo in Beach Haven. The host made arrival very easy with several informational emails and texts prior to my arrival. They also checked in with me during my stay to make sure everything was going well. The unit was very tidy and comfortable. I enjoyed being so close to the ocean while also having the option to lounge by the pool. The unit is walking distance (5 minute walk) to a market, several restaurants and a lovely coffee shop with a rooftop deck. I would definitely rent this unit again in the future. I highly recommend.

Fun friends getaway

Our stay at the condo was very pleasant. Great location -- next to the beach and a short walk from restaurants and shops, including the outstanding Pearl Street Market for sandwiches, coffee, seafood, etc. The condo was clean and well organized. Great setup for preparing breakfast and other meals, if you are so inclined. Nice living room setup conducive to hanging out and talking. The size of the space was good for 4 people, but a bit tight for 6. We are three adults and three teens so we probably required more than one bathroom, but overall a pleasant and memorable stay.

Mediocre at best! Too pricey for value.Please take note that all is not what is cracked to be. The so-called outdoor showers, a staple feature with separate stall area for each condo and is standard throughout Beach Haven, is nothing more here than a sand hose next to the pool. Chintzy. The washer-dryer, another standard feature throughout LBI, is a coin operated laundry room in the basement.Surely a condo charging 4k-5k a week can devise a better way to get around the fact that the apartments are so small they can’t fit these essential appliances. On top of that, renters must load machines at their own cost! Chintzy! The room layout has both bedrooms connected via a bathroom, so I had to walk through the bathroom to get to the main room. So poorly conceived ! Also, don’t take comfort in the upfront 120 cleaning service charge because if the service has to put a dish in the dishwasher, they will tack on a 50 fee for excessive cleaning! And when you book, please make certain you get an apartment with a table on the deck or else you’ll get two wobbly metal chairs and a 1-foot stand. The proximity to beach is great, but if you need something to eat, drink, or even a band-aid, you have to look elsewhere since management is remote and off-site. All in all, a very expensive stay for a mediocre facility.
