Boiler water very low topped up nothing. Hottub cold was 29°. We went through welcome pack no owner details, no heating details, hottub details 3 pages of, do's & don't's, main detail for hottub was DONT TOUCH TEMP BUTTONS. “When we arrived at the reception desk the person at the desk was very polite but then it went down hill some of the staff are unapproachable this is not the hotel we came to three years ago the breakfast was alright the room was basic there was no fridge.”

“Helpful and flexible with uncertainty over bookings, and the accommodation was at least satisfactory in general... but there was drastically inadequate parking for a full hostel, and we were not given all the necessary info about how to gain access to the buildings ! ( a helpful resident who happened to be up late saved us from standing outside in the cold and dark. Make sure the person on the desk not only gives over the FULL keypad entry number...but also HOW to access the key pad in order...
