“It was ok, but missed the mark. I usually try and be positive but this place markets itself as a chic inner city stay, the reality is it feels kind of cheap and is abit grubby. The quilt wasn’t in a cover and was foul and stained and the horrible industrial grade carpet had really weird stains too. Appreciate that the noise and arrests happening outside aren’t the properties fault but it all added up to a weird stay.”

“A lovely, clean apartment building central to the CBD and particularly RAC Arena. Simple cooking facilities and full amenities in the bathroom were just what we needed. The CBD was a 15min walk or the Red Cat stop was just on the other side of the street. Street parking was great on a Sunday however possibly tricky to navigate on a weekday or weekend.”

“Currently the building has upgrades happening and a massive leak in the main reception. Lots of workmen around and drilling happening from 7am. My room was clean enough. And the staff were helpful. Very close to the conference i was attending so the location was ideal. Nice restaurant and bar downstairs.”
