Great location, description didn’t really match the reality - there was no discussion of stairs ( and I have limited mobility) limited view, loud renters above us.

Perfect location

This property was wonderful. We will stay here again. Great views of the beach. When you come downstairs from the property, the beach is across the street. Easy check-in. Easy checkout. I would recommend better directions for unit number two. There are signs pointing you to the penthouse and signs for deliveries, but no signs for unit number two. Overall, this is an amazing place and communication with the property management was quick and professional.

Great Spot

This rental was great! Rental was for the 2nd floor of the house, with the third floor being another rental. The front portion of the house (which faces the ocean) is a nonprofit art museum open to the public (Miwok Gallery) The rental was extremely clean with comfy beds and plenty of extra blankets and bedding. There is on demand hot water and lots of windows. All in all, this was a great experience and I would look to rent again if I’m ever in the area.

Great location and view but very disappointed to lean the top balcony was reserved for the penthouse guests only, that was a bit vague. There could have been a few more essentials provided in the house also would have been nice .

Oceanview Private Balcony

Unconventional layout, very small bedrooms with ocean views, huge common room with pool table, multiple couches and a murphy bed. Large balcony with ocean view. Full size refrigerator, coffee maker plus tea kettle. Shared laundry. Over the top of an art gallery, only yards from the beach.

Great location and property managers!!

Great location next to alot of beaches and easy traveling. You are on the first level with upstairs renters which can be loud, but can be curbed easily! Management of the property is amazing to work with and super responsive!!!

Amazing location with views and sounds of the ocean

Amazing location that is walking distance to famous restaurants, surfers beach and right on the coastal trail. The place was clean and easy to access. The layout is a little unique, but it is just as it is described in the ad so there were no surprises. I highly recommend.

Absolutely loved the porch with rocking chairs where you can see the ocean, listen to the wave and just relax. Beds were fabulous. Enjoyed the state park and Main Street. Would highly recommend coming here. Husband loved the pool table too.

The smallest and claustrophobic bedrooms we ever stayed anywhere Uncomfortable couch to sleep on for 5th person While it was advertised it sleeps up to 6 people Stairs for going to the second floor for someone who had knee surgery This is three stories apartment not home The view was from balcony and one bedroom

Great stay in Half Moon Bay

We had a wonderful weekend at the Beach Villa home. The location was superb, and the place was clean and inviting. Depending on your vacation preferences, it's worth noting that the two bedrooms are quite small, with limited space around the bed. However, the mattresses were comfortable, and the corner windows helped alleviate any feelings of tightness, especially in the room with the northwest-facing view of the ocean. (lovely!) Despite the snug sleeping arrangements, the four of us enjoyed each other's company and had a great time together. We would certainly consider returning for another memorable weekend. Thank you once again for the hospitality.

HMB Beach house

My daughter, best friend and I really enjoyed our stay! The house is located directly across from the beach with views from the patio off one of the rooms. Very short walk to multiple costal access points and restaurants. The house was very clean, cozy and well stocked. I wish there were screens on the windows so that we could’ve kept them open more and an earlier check in would’ve been awesome! Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay.
