Some great things are: yard, house layout, supplies that we didn’t need to bring or purchase (spices, dish detergent, toilet paper, bedding, towels etc.) and simple arrival and departure instructions. Some things that were a bit of a surprise - the home is for sale, the kitchen has very dated appliances and furniture in home is very dated yet comfortable. The surprises didn’t matter to us. We enjoyed our time there!!”
