“The house is spacious and generally in good repair. The internet is fast, the neighborhood is fine, and the house was clean and properly stocked. There were some issues though - the mattresses are quite uncomfortable, especially the master. There were air fresheners throughout, and at least one bedroom had a heavy pet odor. “First off the house I booked was not available and I was put in another house that was not clean. The house walls in the hallway were dirty in just about every room. The door knob on the restroom door was about to fall off. Broken furniture. I also paid more money for the house I originally booked and then did no t get to stay in it: The host was also terrible. She did not acknowledge how dirty this house was or the missing remotes to there in bedroom and the fact there was no ironing board or...

“Half of the amenities that made it any different from a hotel or a rental that’s 60 cheaper isn’t there. It was a flat out lie. There was no “kitchenette”, walls with weird stains on them, strange smelling bath towels, no shower curtain, and an AC that wouldn't adjust. The site claimed there was a communal pool in the amenities but when we get there and see the pool, it was dirty and unavailable to swim in which was the main reason we booked in the first place. “We loved this hideaway! Very spacious, super clean, well stocked, quiet, safe and private was our experience. Enjoyed looking out the many windows to see dozens of deer calmly grazing and ducks roosting near by. Just 11 minutes from the Brazos River State park which is a must see. Relaxed on the front and back porches. A really nice get away. Would definitely stay here again without question. Sure beats the city traffic, hotel elevators and crowded parking lots. Thanks!”

“The house was nice and well kept. The only issue we had is that there was no access to the community pool that was available in the write up. I would also put a disclaimer on the top about not having access to the main refrigerator, especially if you are staying multiple days so a mini fridge will not hold all groceries.”

“The property says there is a hot tub on site and there was not one. That’s one reason we rented the house. The bunk bed mattresses was uncomfortable. The water in the shower was not very hot. ”

“The check in was simple, no problems at all. The home actually looked better in person than it does in the pictures. There are 2 king sized beds, which was a pleasant surprise. The location was absolutely perfect for us. The owner interacted with us in a timely manner throughout our stay. I would go there again! ”
