Everything was as described. Enjoyed the beautiful sunsets and seeing dolphin from the rooftop. Loved being able to walk to everything and didn’t have to move the car the whole weekend.

It was a quaint, small space that worked perfect for us. We loved getting to walk around the area and not having to drive around the town. The property managers were available when needed or had a question. We even got to chat with neighbors around us. The people were very friendly.

Priceless! An excellent location and cozy accommodation made this a terrific vacation rental. Our view from the rooftop was just perfect. I stayed up there for hours soaking up the sun and spotting yachts.

Perfect for us...

We had some questions before our stay, and the Host was very accessible and responsive to our questions. The check-in information was explained well, and we had no problems getting into our unit. We planned to navigate the restaurants, shops and views for the most part, and the unit had the amenities that we needed for our short stay. The unit was clean and cozy, and was in a great location to walk or take a short drive to wherever we chose to go. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location in a great town

This was our first visit to Beaufort and this place was right in the middle of it all. Park the car and walk to all the wonderful shops and restaurants. Everything you need is close by and the town is very walkable. Beautiful unit with everything we needed for a few night getaway. We will be back!

Great location!

This is the perfect little spot to spend the night in Beaufort! Great location, great view from the roof top deck and it has every little special amenity to make it a fun getaway. The owners were easy to communicate with and the check on process was seamless. Highly recommended!

Fantastic getaway

The property, downtown historic location on beautiful waterfront. Great restaurants with waterfront dining. Live music on Thursday night in the town square. Friendly people. Dog friendly! One critique- the Vrbo app had a glitch with my email that was frustrating to get check in information. Helpline finally resolved issue.

Great Little Place

It is right in the middle of Beaufort, the roof top is cool, but it is not your own rooftop - it is shared with everyone, we thought it was only for this place, we didn't realize there were multiple suites that shared it. (it may say this in the listing and we missed it) Please also note, there is no flexibility on rescheduling for any reason, not even a death in the family, so make sure you buy insurance. As far as the place itself it is perfect for people that never are in the room, it is a comfy bed, bathroom and kitchen counter, so it was perfect for us. It is a super location. We would definitely stay there again.

Great Stay

We had a really good experience at this property. Right in the heart of Beaufort we loved being able to just walk downstairs and have plenty of shops, bars and dining options. Communication was easy and quick. Recommend it if staying in Beaufort.

Read the listing carefully re the view.

We failed to read the listing carefully. We thought that the balcony with the great view was connected to the apartment. No. It's about 100 feet away and up a flight of stairs to the roof. The apartment faces the parking lot. Otherwise, it was small, well decorated and clean. The door combination did not work, but the owner came over a gave us a key

Perfect Downtown Spot

Our recent trip to Beaufort NC was our first visit to this wonderful coastal town. This condo was in the perfect location for all things downtown. Jeff is helpful and easy to rent from. Definitely will stay again the next time we visit

Soo convenient

Everything was as advertised. Any and everything you need is provided. Small cozy unit, literally in the middle of town at the harbor. Very short walking distance to the museum and all the restaurants. Only thing missing for us was the lack of an outside outlet to trickle charge our EV. This just prevents the security system in the car from draining the battery overnight. If you're coming here with an EV, understand this is basically a charging desert. There are chargepoint chargers in town but they are very corroded. There is a level 2 charger 1 mile from town but it's only 48 amps. And there is nothing around it ie restaurants or shopping. We managed and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Here to see our Marine son & his wife for a late Christmas & new year. Show the light house and atour of cherry Point base. Little shoping and dinner. Love this little town
