“Hotel situated in a stunning location. Anyone looking to relax can certainly make themselves at home. Relaxed atmosphere and comfortable bed. No tv however they are trying to promote an atmosphere that does not need a tv. Not that there's much on it anyway. Also with free, fast wi-fi you can still use your phone/tablet if you need to watch something etc. Meals very nice, Steak was tasty and Haddock was in a Golden beer batter and was lovely. “Absolutely beautiful hidden gem. It is off the beaten path. The beauty of the Glen Affric area is well worth the trip. Definitely not part of the tourist scene. ”

“The quaint crofter's cottage was a perfect home-base for exploring the Black Isle, Inverness, and Loch Ness. We enjoyed relaxing after our daily explorations of the area and cooking breakfast together in the mornings. Peaceful, happy times enjoyed by our family during our Highlands visit.”

“Great property, quite remote , peaceful surroundings, just sheep and deer. Beautiful scenery. Cottage is cost with the addition of ,,a wood burner. Everything you need is provided for a relaxing break away from the hustle and bustle. Very enjoyable.”

“The Hen House was lovely! It really was pretty, comfortable and finished to an incredibly high standard. The estate is beautiful and we happened to stay during a midsummer fair, which was fantastic. The hot tub was in dire need of a deep chemical clean. The tubes connected to the fire were leaking bits of dirt. Also the check out time being 10am is quite early when it is self catering and you’ll also need to pack a car. Overall I would highly reccomend a stay here. ”
