No quisieron alquilar la habitación porq supuestamente ellos no reciben reservacion por expedia. Luego llamo a servicio al cliente en expedia y no me quisieron devolver mi dinero solo con la condicion de q pagara 95$ luego 102 dolares y me parece una falta de respeto y una mala atención de su parte no ayudar al cliente soloq queria quedarse con mi dinero y al final no me revolvieron nada tuve q ir a mi banco y bloquear mi tarjeta y q ellos mismos me devolvieran el dinero que expedia no me quizo reembolsar

The most dirtiest place to stay! We reserved online through Expedia and when my husband arrived they said they didn’t accept Expedia online reservations. They wanted him to pay cash. My husband walked away as it was a very nasty, dirty, trashy, smelly place. The only thing that needed to happen was for the lady who was behind the counter to spit tobacco out! Super DIRTY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! DO NOT STAY HERE.

This is the second time I've been asked to review this Hotel. I don't know how clean the property is or how well it was maintained. THERE WAS NOT A HOTEL ROOM AVAILALE! ALSO, THEY CLAIM THEY DO NOT ACCEPT 3RD PARTY BOOKING LIKE HOTELS.COM. So instead of asking me how my stay was, please let me know how this is possible and when i should expect a refund.

If I could give it a 0 I would.

They don’t accept any kind of online bookings. This hotel is a sham. I canceled my booking as soon as I saw the room. I should have canceled when they didn’t honor my Hotels.com reservation.

Could not stay because manager stated they did not take the online reservations at all - Cash Only. Fine with us. Property was nasty, and very low class of folks running around this area. Proper was not properly maintained. Do not stay here.

Well, i booked reservation through expedia. Had a confirmation #. When i arrived, they said they dont do any online rsvp's If i prepaid, i need to get my money back from expedia and pay for the room again. I need a room, so i did. They gave me a key and i opened my room door to a occupied room. Awkward. They gave me another room and got some sleep even tho a party was next door. So, off to expedia to see if i paid twice.

Less than Zero Stars! I didn't stay there because I paid for the room via Expedia and like the other reviewers, they don't honor online reservations. I am working with Expedia for a refund although I received an email from Expedia saying the hotel denied giving me a refund. Still dealing with this situation 2 days later and over an hour of phone calls and being on hold. (FYI, after pulling up I was actually thankful because it looked dirty anyway) I should have looked at these reviews ahead of time.

DO NOT BOOK THIS THROUGH HOTELS OR OYO. They do NOT have a contract with this hotel and refuse to correct this information. They will charge you and refuse to make it right. I certainly will never be dealing with OYO places again. Hotels.com is also on thin ice

There was no electricity on due to light company turning power off. Also said I had pay cash. That they do not accept online reservations. Did not give my money bk. I never checked in

Very seedy place. They had no idea we had reservations. They are not affiliated with Expedia at all. They did not honor our reservation! I was told that they don’t even give you door key, they let you in room, just call, they say… I doubt very seriously that I will ever be in that situation again!

The dirtiest place ever!!

This is the most horrible place to stay!! The rooms are dirty, most the lights don’t work, the fridge didn’t work and was full of mold!! When I finally found a light to turn on I realized that the place was infested with roaches! Spend a little extra money and stay somewhere else!

Worst scam ever

The owner was extremely unplesant when trying to check in. Practically threw everything at me and would not honor the online price. Then told hotels.com the extra 20 was a deposit i would get back and that they would send someone to fix all the messed up stuff in the room which they NEVER did! Between it being dirty and smelling like cigarettes in a non smoking room. There were roaches and burn holes in all blankets, curtains were tore up, and bathroom doors were moldy. The water didnt work in my room either. The only semi nice part was the pool and hot tub.

Serious cleanliness issues. I squashed multiple roaches on the walls. Im sure that the 3/8” gap under the door leading to outside did not help either.

Property had laundry and pool, but other than that, room had damaged holes in the walls poorly patched up, cockroaches everywhere in room, cigarette burns in blankets and bedding, and surfaces not cleaned well.
