This charming two-level cottage offers all the comfort you need for a getaway as a couple, with family, or among friends. From the covered terrace, enjoy panoramic views of the forest and surrounding meadows—perfect for peaceful breakfasts and outdoor meals. Bed linen and towels are available upon request for an extra fee.



Nearby, you’ll find La Jemaye lake, ideal for swimming, picnics under the pines, walks, or family activities such as a playground and a fitness trail.



The ground floor includes an entrance, a fully equipped kitchen (no dishwasher) with fireplace and wood stove, a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), and separate WC. Upstairs, a spacious and cozy living room offers a relaxation area with two armchairs. The sleeping area includes a double bed (140 cm), a single bed (80 cm), and a dressing room. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, washing machine, and WC, with an open view of the countryside.



During heatwaves, fans are provided in the cottage. The covered terrace is naturally ventilated, and the trees offer a refreshing atmosphere.



Outside, the covered terrace is furnished with garden furniture, sun loungers, and a barbecue.



Bed linen and towels are not included, but can be rented for your comfort. Pets are not allowed and the property is non-smoking.
