The Boat Shop - Con vistas a Paradise Bay en el centro de St. James

Le invitamos a disfrutar de sus vacaciones en este hermoso apartamento de 1 dormitorio en el corazón del centro de Beaver Island. Ubicado cerca del puerto deportivo de Beaver Island, este alquiler lo ubica a pasos de distancia en bicicleta, restaurantes, tiendas, lugares de entretenimiento y playas vírgenes. La gran terraza cubierta le ofrece una vista increíble del puerto durante el día y ofrece un lugar relajante para disfrutar de las noches llenas de estrellas.

Deje sus preocupaciones atrás mientras disfruta de su visita. Este alquiler ofrece 1 dormitorio con cama doble y un sofá plegable de tamaño completo para dormir extra. Todas las sábanas están incluidas. Instalación de lavandería compartida. HBO Now, Netflix e Internet incluidos. Ferry y recogida en el aeropuerto están disponibles. Por favor llame con anticipación para arreglar.

Se alojará en el histórico St James Boat Shop. Esta nueva tienda fue construida en 2017 y la artesanía continúa con Dan Burton y su familia. Hemos estado fabricando embarcaciones y cubos artesanales de madera de cerezo desde 1985.

Debido al volumen de verano, la última semana del 25 de junio al 12 de agosto se reservará por semana. Si está reservando 3 días o más durante ese período, envíe una solicitud de reserva y revisaremos si la habitación está disponible.

Excellent location within walking distance of downtown, grocery store, and light house. Excellent view of Harbor. Room was clean, overall, with the exception of the toaster which had significant bread crumb accumulation. We did not use the toaster but cleaned it prior to departure. Would suggest adding cleaning of toaster to Housekeeping checklist. We had a question following our departure and called Carol to discuss. Our phone call went to voicemail so we left a message requesting a return call. A return call was not received so we called the next day. Again, our phone call went to voicemail so we left a 2nd message requesting a return call. A return call was not received so we called again the 3rd day and left a 3rd voicemail message requesting a return call. We then received a text message from Carol with a reply "Check your email . . . " We placed a 4th call and left a voice mail message requesting a return call to discuss the situation but have not received one at the time of this feedback. We were planning to stay at this location for our trip next year to Beaver Island but will now seek accommodations with a Host who is welcoming and willing to speak with customers on the phone regarding questions.

After hauling our luggage up 19 steps and catching our breath, we were delighted with our spacious Captain's quarter having a fully equipped modern kitchen. Everything worked well. The location is only about 250 feet from a well stocked market that gladly offered just one stick of butter that was all we needed. We greatly enjoyed meeting many full-time residents who share a pioneering can do spirit. One resident said that nobody suffers alone because we will take care of them. Wow!

This is a lovely kitchenette apartment. Has a nice view of Paradise Bay and is a 13 minute walk from the town center. It would be perfect for an extended stay.

Nice, comfortable and convenient place to stay. We only had bikes with us and it was only a few blocks from the ferry and very close to Wild Strawberry Cafe for good food and the market. We had warm weather and wondered if it was hot if the one fan would have been enough, as there is no a/c, but it worked out well for us. The view is beautiful!

Great place & location

This was our first trip to Beaver Island and absolutely loved it. The apartment was 0.5 mile from town and the grocery store is almost next door. It was great having a kitchen and the patio overlooking the bay was wonderful. We had our car and there was ample parking. Highly recommend this property if you are visiting Beaver Island.

Perfect apartment overlooking bay and marina with restaurant, grocery market, and brewery within a 3 minute walk! Walk to town or lighthouse is 10minutes approximately. A great place to “unplug” and get back to nature!

We were in Paradise!

We only stayed one night at the Boat Shop - Captain Quarters on Beaver Island, but it was absolutely unforgettable. The space was clean, cozy, and full of character — you can feel the thought and care that went into every detail.The view was the true standout. Watching the harbor from the windows and taking in the peaceful water and sky was incredibly relaxing — the kind of view that stays with you long after you leave.Even in a short stay, we felt completely at home. The location was perfect for exploring the island, and the hosts were warm, welcoming, and helpful.We wish we had more time and are already hoping to come back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet, beautiful getaway — even if just for a night!

Beaver island

We loved our stay on Beaver Island. Carol was a a fantastic host. It was raining when our ferry got in so she so nice and able to picked us up and drove us to our accommodations which because we were staying off season were ready early. She was very helpful the next day when we wanted to rent a car as well so we could explore more of the island. Our accommodations were clean and quiet and on a gorgeous part of the island.

Island Getaway

It was very relaxing to head to the island without having to work on our properties. The accommodations were perfect. Location was great. All within walking distance. The Property Manager was very accommodating and friendly. After all we're Neighbors!!!! Views were amazing and the weather was outstanding. Can't wait to stay again!
