Great location, just steps to the village. Very clean, and was exactly as described. Only complaint was that I messaged the host prior to check in and never got a response. Definitely a must book! We will be booking again.

Das Appartement war relativ einfach zu finden. Die Ausstattung war genau wie beschrieben und prima. Die Tiefgarage für unser Auto war sehr gut: genug Platz zum Parken.Der Hot-Tub war super!!

Parking was underground and safe. Great communication from host. I had a couple of questions prior to arrival and the host was quick, clear and great to deal with. Fireplace was cozy, hot tub was great. My son slept on the sofa bed and he found it very comfortable. Master bed was very comfy as well. Would come back!

Great hosts. Very responsive; had great suggestions for food and other things on the hill. The property is well suited for this trip with a nice hot tub to sooth those muscles after a full day on the hill. Thanks!!

The location to the village was perfect and overall we had a good stay, however, we did have a few issues. -Full dishwasher upon arrival. -No plug for the bath tub making it impossible to bath.-Dirty towel on the bathroom floor upon arrival.-Light out in the kitchen.-Upstairs people could be heard talking even, walking around in snow boots etc, no sound proofing, it was ridiculously loud and of course started early.-Deck door doesn’t stay shut unless you lock it.-Glass on fireplace is cloudy and dirty -No instruction with coffee maker but we finally figured it out on second day. -Dining room light full of dead bugs.The place needs some updating, sound proofing and a little TLC.

Not fair! Everyone deserves sleep on a trip away

We rented this unit in our favorite complex that we have stayed in numerous times due to the location and townhouses. The bed was a blue mattress and was about 20 years old. The mattress was like a cardboard box and the pillows were soaked with age and germs. As a VRBO owner ourselves we were livid that these owners would not sacrifice two nights of their revenue to purchase a QUEEN NEW mattress. Two adults in a crooked old aged double is dirty. No sleep for four nights! Not to mention the lights being fluorescent and mismatched, the appliances and cutlery being so old and broken. Very disappointed. There was months of dirt in bathroom fan and on shelves. Don’t stay in this unit if you need sleep.

All around good place for ride in and ride out. Very close to the village stroll, and just 100' from a main run. Clean, equipped, and nice. Great communication from manager. Only issue was the hot tub wasn't clean. But manager got it cleaned with 2 hours. 👍

Absolutely loved staying at the private hot tub steps from village in big white. The place was clean tidy & very cosy. Great to walk to the village & ski from the unit so easy to get around. We loved staying there. We are from Australia, & our son is working at Big White so it was great to visit with him after a year. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your lovely place. We loved it & Canada.

All you need and close to everything

We enjoyed our stay here, it was conveniently located and had everything we needed for our family of four. The only problem was the upstairs people were quite noisy late into the night and I don't think there's much insulation between units. If you're a light sleeper, bring earplugs.

Clean and cute. Communication was awful. No parking pass left where it was supposed to be, tried to contact host for 45 mins and number was out of service. Finally got a response via message. Reached out about other issues the next day and asking what needed to be done for check out and never got a response. Construction was out our door 6:50am onward which is fine but I wish we knew ahead of time as we have a newborn. The neighbours is also a rental and the cleaning crew decided to clean at 11pm and were extremely loud. We had to ask them to stop. Area is beautiful and overall good just better communication and awareness of condo construction would have been great.

This property exceeded my expectations! It was convenient, looked brand new, was tastefully decorated, included garage parking and the kitchen included every gadget imaginable. The private hot tub on our balcony was so relaxing that we indulged nearly every evening. In addition, the host was extremely responsive and helpful. This is hard to beat!

Close to everything !

Just a 2-minute walk to village market and restaurants. Definitely ski-out as we just had to walk 40-50 feet to clip into our skis and slide down a small strip between two condos to the Perfection ski run. Ski-in was only slightly more challenging as we found the best way to "get home" was to use the same condo gap and just walk up the hill (also about 50-feet) to the parking lot of our condo. Condo was very nice (we didn't use the hot tub) with plenty of space for the two of us. Great to have the washer dryer in the unit. Nice to have a lockable ski locker just outside the unit to leave our snow covered skis in. Loved the indoor parking as we didn't need to scrape our car windows. You can pull your car right up the door to unload your gear. Communication with the host was terrific and very prompt.

Worst VRBO ever. Filthy. Full of pet hair.

We come to Big White all the time and always stay in a VRBO. This place was full of animal hair and stinks bad like animals. After washing one load of laundry, my daughter had the hair in her clothes and had to get off the slopes because it was bothering her. Drying with a towel left me with dog hair in my body. Not only that, there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher and there were bugs on the wall I had to kill the first day we got there. The pillows smelled like nobody ever replaced them and that nobody bathed or dogs were sleeping in the bed. The sheets (threadbare and full of pills) and towels desperately needed to be replaced and the bed was the most uncomfortable place I had ever slept. The pull out couch was so old that the springs were poking through the mattress. At no time were we told that a random guy would come by to check the hot tub. There was a junky pantry that was full of various stuff that should not be in a vrbo and probably should have been locked. Everywhere you looked were things “stored”. The lock was obviously not working well when I first opened it and when I called the number I was first told that it gives that person trouble as well….if you knew it was a problem, then replace it. And, to make matters worse, the advertised price on the vrbo changed suddenly and I only caught it when I realized the ridiculous price I was charged to stay here. I called vrbo, and they verified that the owner charged different prices for different days. Never disclosed

Summer Stay

Great location - about a 1 minute downhill ride to the chair lift for mountain biking. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our short stay. Having a few discs available to play the disc golf course that's about a 2 minute walk away was a nice bonus, and the hot tub at the end of long active days felt great.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was off-season, and so, was very quiet. Still, there were some nice restaurants still available, and the store is a gem. The fireplace glass could use a little cleaning, but other than that the condo was cute, clean, and very comfortable. The hot tub was a definite bonus.

Great apartment for two with plenty of room. Very convenient to marketplace and the hot tub was fabulous after a day on the slopes. The welcome bottle of wine was a lovely touch, however, it was a pity that it had already been opened and some consumed, so we gave that a miss. Hopefully the rental managers will have addressed this for future guests.

Excellent location and amenities.

This property was very suitable for our needs. It was spacious enough for 2 people and had everything we needed. The verandah and hot tub were excellent with views across the valley. We were close to the village with skiing only a short walk away.

Exactly as advertised

We enjoyed our stay! Bottle of wine at check-in was a very nice feature. My wife and I stayed for 3 nights and it’s perfect for couple looking to explore Big White. It is right across the street from the town center so very convenient for all your needs. Communication was easy and reply were quick.

Great place

Hard to have a bad time at Big White! Little hiccup with the app upon arrival, but owners were super responsive and everything was smooth. Hot tub was perfect after a long day of skiing.
