On the ground level, you’ll find a large two-car garage that’s easy to drive into, complete with boot warmers and sleds for the kids to enjoy. This level also features a fun and cozy bunk room with two sets of bunk beds, a TV, and games—perfect for kids or larger groups.
The second level includes three well-appointed bedrooms. The primary suite features a king bed, a large TV, and a private balcony with your own hot tub—ideal for relaxing after a day on the mountain. The ensuite bathroom includes a walk-in shower for added comfort. Down the hall are two additional bedrooms, each with queen beds and ample closet space, along with a full bathroom. You’ll also find a washer and dryer conveniently located on this level.
The main living area is designed for gathering and entertaining. With high ceilings and an open-concept layout, this space includes a fully equipped, high-end kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a large dining table that seats up to 10 guests, and an island with seating for four. Guests have complete access to the 3 storey chalet. Upon arrival you can park your vehicles in the garage, access the 3 main levels by stairs, and enjoy the 2 balconies, with the hot tub access from the master bedroom overlooking out to the ski runs.
Additional Parking: Overnight parking is available by permit only at the Happy Valley Long-Term Parking Lot. Permits are required, and unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owner`s expense. This property is perfectly situated right on the “Happy Valley Way” ski run, offering true ski-in/ski-out access—step out your door and ski directly down to the gondola. From there, the gondola takes you up to the village, where you can access all the lifts.
You’re right in the heart of Big White, ideally positioned between the Village and Happy Valley. It’s just a 7-minute walk up to the Village or an easy stroll down the path to Happy Valley. You can also reach the gondola and Happy Valley in about 5 minutes on foot.
Happy Valley is a family-friendly neighbourhood located just below the Main Village. A short walk brings you to the free gondola, which connects you directly to the heart of the Village.
This area is especially popular for families, as it’s home to the kids’ ski hill. At Happy Valley Lodge, you’ll find a steakhouse and lounge, along with a variety of activities including an outdoor skating rink, ice climbing wall, magic carpet, and tube park.
