Surrounded by forest, open meadow, and two tranquil wildlife ponds, the home offers a true sense of privacy while still giving you plenty to explore just beyond the door.



Inside, a vaulted great room anchors the home, with a wood-burning fireplace, plush seating, and expansive views of the surrounding landscape. The open-concept kitchen and dining area makes gathering easy, whether you're sharing a home-cooked meal, settling in for a board game, or enjoying a quiet morning with coffee.



The home features two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, including a first-floor primary suite with a queen bed. Upstairs, a second bedroom with two queen beds and a cozy loft with a twin daybed provide additional space for families or friends traveling together.



Outside, the property unfolds into a peaceful landscape of meadow, forest, ponds, and a babbling brook. Spend the day exploring the grounds, wandering the trails of Becket Woods, or simply settling into the quiet. In warmer months, the meadow comes alive with butterflies and fireflies; in winter, the surrounding woods become a beautiful setting for snowshoeing and cross-country skiing.



Guests also have access to the wider Becket Woods community, including a swimming pond with a sandy beach, tennis and basketball courts, a playground, and more than five miles of hiking and winter trails.

Wildlife: This is a home in a rural part of the country. You may see wildlife including deer, coyotes, foxes, beavers, and bears. Please be mindful of your surroundings and leaving out food and trash.



Weather: In the winter, there will be snow, ice, and occasional snowstorms. We recommend driving a vehicle with AWD or 4WD. Please drive with caution and be prepared with regards to the ability of your vehicle to drive in the snow.



Power & Internet: This is a rural part of the country. You may lose power or internet during inclement weather. We do not issue refunds for loss of power or internet out of our control.



AC availability: is seasonal and depending on weather (late spring and summer). Heating is also seasonal, and depending on weather, available during the cold seasons (autumn-winter).



Pets: We’re happy to welcome your pup to the home. There’s a $150 fee + tax for the first dog and $50 + tax for each additional one. If you’re planning to bring more than one, please reach out to us before completing your booking so we can get everything set up for you. For everyone’s comfort, we kindly ask that dogs stay leashed outdoors and that you clean up after them. Please note that cats aren’t permitted due to allergy concerns. Any pet-related damages may result in additional charges.



Maximum occupancy: Please mind that this house can host a maximum of 7 guests per fire code. As per the fire department, infants are included in that number. Therefore, any infants included in the booking above maximum occupancy of 7 would unfortunately result in the reservation being cancelled.
