“I absolutely loved my stay at the Modern Boho Guesthouse! The space was spotless, well-organized, and incredibly comfortable. From the moment I walked in, it smelled fresh and clean, which made a great first impression. The location is fantastic—having a convenience store right next door and a breakfast spot just across the street made everything so easy. It’s also very pet-friendly, which was a huge plus for me.The only things worth noting are a couple of details not mentioned in the listing....

“Enjoyed our stay in this pretty little guesthouse located in a quiet residential neighborhood (yet close to all amenities and shopping) in Austin. This was a perfect place for our 3 day stay while visiting our daughter. The bed was comfy, the decor was soothing, there was a kitchenette to make a quick breakfast and everything was clean and peaceful. There was even a swinging chair. Loved it!”

“The owners were very nice and helpful. Check in was simple and they communicated perfectly. They had everything you could possibly need to feel like home from fresh eggs from their chickens to waters in the fridge. They even had earplugs in the event you needed them for the chicken noise. The guesthouse was very clean and comfortable (Except the bed. Not their fault just not my firmness needs =P). The guesthouse is attached to their home but they were very welcoming. “The location was very nice. Enjoyed the scenery. They have hammocks and a hot tub, which was very relaxing. Just had one minor hiccup in the stay, but it was communicated clearly with the property manager. ”
