“We had a great overnight stay in this clean and chic guesthouse. It was situated on a spacious wooded lot with a blacktop driveway shared with the owner's beautiful home. We were very comfortable and enjoyed the double sinks in the bathroom and the electric fireplace in the bedroom. With a few added amenities like a spot to set luggage in the bedroom and a couple comfy chairs on the main level this stay would have been perfect.”

“The host was pleasant. The rug in the master bedroom and hallway could use a refresh. Some small creamers would have been nice until we made it to the store. Coffee was there. Front door hard to close. Some curtains on door window might provide more privacy. Towels, linens and TVs nice. Had a cute cottage feel. Just thought from pictures the house was a little larger. Priced a little high for cottage affect but that was after including all fees.”

“The location was fantastic, the space was clean and enough space for my family to spread out and relax. The kitchen was stocked well and the beds were comfortable. The host was very responsive and helpful. ”

“So disappointed. Backyard not as pictured. Piles of brush, tree branches, and Osage oranges in various states of decomposition. We were competing in a dog show and booked this rental so our dogs could play and unwind after the competition. Access to the backyard thru a bedroom was ackward. The person staying in the master bedroom had to disrupt the person sleeping in the bedroom if their dog needed to go out in the middle of the night. Also had problems when we arrived. “Great layout for family bedrooms and gathering space. Could have more cooking utensils (spatula, meat fork, tongs) baking sheets, pitcher and serving platters. Also, 12 cup coffee maker instead of individual coffee pods. Otherwise, plenty of room and great location for us. ”

“My family and I stayed at this location for a national horse show. It was about 10 min from Tennessee Miller Coliseum so the location is perfect. We arrived early and the host was very accommodating. The house looks just like the pictures. Very clean, well decorated and perfect size for a family of 4. We definitely would recommend this house.
