Buena ubicación buenos servicios
En general el hotel está bastante nuevo, limpio con un personal súper amigable, el problema es que sus colchones no son tan buenos están un poco flojos que se siente como si tuvieran un hueco en el medio y eso hace que cueste trabajo dormir tan bien una vez que les dices algo hacen y ayudan Bien de espacio, bien para descansar, poca vista pero no necesitas más Un roof top increíble con una alberca pequeña pero con súper vista!

Really nice hotel. Staff were fantastic from the moment we arrived. They upgraded our room free of charge and staff were very helpful at arranging taxis and also giving us tips and suggestions on where to visit. Only down side would be breakfast options were okay, could have been better but aside from that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

The property was clean and well maintained. The management and staff were friendly and most helpful. I would recommend the hotel to anyone who wants to be in a central location in Beirut. Lots of good restaurants, shopping and services are well placed around this hotel “Royal Tulip” Would certainly recommend to anyone visiting or doing business In Beirut. The hotel has good facilities, Spa, Gym, Steam Room and Sauna, plus a beautiful open rooftop restaurant with great food and beautiful view of the city. Enjoy!!!

Très décevant pour un hôtel soit disant 5 étoiles. Mauvais accueil en arrivant, la chambre était fumeur alors que nous avions demandé non fumeur. Beaucoup de discussions et négociations avant d'avoir d'autres chambre proposées. Les chambres sont assez petites. Le restaufant est très moyen, et le service général très lent

Good location. Nice city view from the rooftop restaurant. Food was cheap, in price and quality. Standard rooms are too small, and on top a needless glass structure takes up space from the room and adds it to a decent sized bathroom. Not recommended for 2 people. The floor was dusty although the room was supposed to be "sanitised". We had only one bath towel in the room, took us 3 hours to get some more, but not what we actually requested. No hand or face towels available. Pillows were not comfy at all, we did not bother requesting any, especially that there was no housekeeping staff after 11pm. Price of breakfast almost tripled overnight. On check in we were told it was LL45,000 (~$2) per person, it became LL120,000 (~$6) the next morning. Still affordable for guests coming from abroad, but the tripling isn't justified.

Hotellet er fint beliggende i Achrafieh. Hotellet er under renovering og rooftop baren var lukket. Poolen på taget var ikke lækker - vandet var uklart og grumset. Servicen er upersonlig. Værelserne er fin størrelse og pæne og rene. Der er gratis flaske vand på værelset.

I like the interior and the design. The room is really cool. And despite the hotel being on a main street, it's very calm. Location is good, very close to ABC and I would say a good walking distance to downtown etc. What I wasn't a big fan of which factors in big, is the breakfast. It's underwhelming to say the least. Not a lot of variety, donuts were really really bad. Coffee was good. But all in all I like the hotel and would recommend it.

Had the worst stay ever.... we booked this hotel with breakfast included and first day we got charged 52 dollars USD... front desk clerk insisted that breakfast was not included even though I showed her the booking confirmation .... 3rd night there was a fire at roof top that forced us to evacuate the building at 8 am.... we stayed struggling for couple hours before they had it under control....
