Great staff, clean. Facility’s condition deteriorated little bit but for the price and how close it is from AUB, Corniche, and Hamra Street - I’d rate if 9/10 easily. I recommend.

Stayed here for two nights with family. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Great location. Close to shopping and dining. Felt safe. Must stay here.

I was in need of a new hotel as my previous reservation was cancelled without informing me. The staff of this hotel was competent, friendly and very flexible.

The room was spacious but it wasn’t so nice. Value for money is not great, I’ve been to cheaper hotels with better overall experience in Beirut

Hands down the worst hotel experience I have had in Lebanon. If you are thinking of staying here, do not. Go to 1866 down the street instead. You cannot even enjoy a simple coffee on the rooftop because it is not part of the hotel even though it literally is. Just another way to squeeze more money out of you. Most mornings no one was even up there which was the whole reason I wanted to have my coffee there. The only positives were the woman at the front desk and the assistant manager, both kind and professional. He genuinely tried to make things right and even insisted the cleaning staff give me fresh towels. He was respectful and looked honestly disgusted when I showed him the photos of how bad the room conditions were. Neither of them are to blame. The problem is ownership and upper management who clearly have no standards or training. When I ran out of toilet paper after the room was supposedly cleaned, I opened the drawers under the sink hoping to find some and instead found two Zara shopping bags filled with garbage from the previous guests. On my last day I had to go back downstairs again just to ask for clean towels. The cleaning lady literally handed me one that was dirty. When I called her out, she grabbed a clean one instead but I watched her quietly put that same dirty towel back on the rack to give to the next guest. Why not just throw it away. The phone in the room never worked once. Needed anything I had to go downstairs every time. Water flooded the bathroom an

El hotel esta muy bien, el problema es que al lado estan en obras y a las 7:00 empiezan los albañiles a picar y a hacer ruido.

Disappointing

At the moment of writing this review I am spending my 7th night at room 205,clean but yet basic,minimalist decor which makes it a bit cold,strange toilet inside the shower area so gets always wet. Nice surrounding area,very slow wifi,sometimes does not even work,coincidentally when the restaurant next to the lobby is crowded where by the way,It is allowed to smoke so expect a very disgusting cigarette smell when passing through.

Det var slet ikke som lovet, hygiejne var ikke i orden & hvis der er noget jeg ikke går på kompromis med på ferie er det hygiejne, så synes jeg at jeres hjælp til at få sine penge retur var lidt skuffende at i vil spidse en af med et gavekort på 500 kr. det er da med til at overveje hvor man skal booke fra en anden god gang - synes nu jeg har booket en del fra jer rundt omkring i EU.

The only good thing about this hotel was the one of the ladies at the reception, The other 3 were rude and unprofessional. My fridge didn’t work and i asked for help 5 times in 2 days in a 3 night visit u until they fixed it. Well actually they had to replace it because they put one that wasnt working. The staff watched us struggle with our bags and didn’t move a muscle. The shower gel and soap were near empty when i got the room and when i asked they said its fine its not empty yet! Coffee packets were not replaced regurly until you ask. They have a bar and when i asked for a wine opener they said sorry the bar is closed! They dont help in anyway and it was a very bad experience and i will never go back there or recommend it to anyone.

Would stay here again!

highly recommend - would stay here again. Room was good, location is ideal in Hamra. Staff are super helpful with printing, organising Covid tests etc. Room is clean, modern and great value for money.

The hotel and kindness of the manager were fine, but I was in a room with it bin in the bathroom was empty of another guess and asked for usual service with charges about it I needed a ticket of proof and never they gave me..... The general condition of the hotel are very good

The hotel so clean and quiet and location was so great , just few minutes walk to Al hamra street , staff were very friendly , and cooperative especially Miss Rita the receptiones which i should thank her for her kindness and extra politness with us
