“This is a beautiful home that just needs to be updated as things are a bit shabby and run down. Tara was very attentive, though, as the house wasn’t truly appointed with items in place and ready to use, like bathroom supplies (toilet paper, soap, shampoos, conditioners) the kitchen just needs items such as kitchen towels, clean new sponges, placemats, etc. I have no doubt that these will be addressed. We had a wonderful time ”

“The place is exactly like the listing. If you’re looking for a place in Pasadena this is a good option. Only thing that caused an issue is that we parked our car inside the garage that is shared with the neighbors left the garage key in the car and then the neighbors locked the back door at night and the listing owner stated that there is no key and the car was stuck there for the night. Only staying here for a few days being stuck for a night was disappointing. We had to ask the neighbor to...

“Lovely cottage, with lots of fun artwork throughout the space. The patio was a comfortable place to hang out and enjoy the weather. Neighborhood is lovely and peaceful - near a library and there are several mini-free library boxes on nearby streets. The owners were kind enough to share some of their Bantam chicken eggs, too.”
