“En este hotel las hsbitaciones estan muy sucias las cortinas llenas de manchas al igual que las sabanas, la cirtina del baño estaba llena de moho. Escogi una habitacion de no fumadores y la peste a hierba y a cigarro me tuvo con deseos de vomitar todo el tirmpo lo mismo en todos los pasillos del hotel. En fin, horriblr, ahi no vuelvo mas”

“I stayed for two nights. The room was not cleaned, no new towels etc. The light bulb in the lamp controlled by the wall switch was burned out. There was no brochure listing local resturants and other ammenities that are usually found in motels. There was no in- room coffee maker and the iron was missing. There was no dresser to put clothes.
On the positive side, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean and quiet.”

“My stay at Tru by Hilton was unfortunately disappointing overall. The biggest issue was cleanliness. The bathroom was clearly not cleaned thoroughly before my arrival — there was hair throughout the shower and corners, grime buildup, cobwebs, marks on the bathroom walls, and the toilet itself appeared visibly dirty and unsanitary. I ended up having to clean parts of the bathroom myself, which was very off-putting.
