“the room was comfortable but the whole property was quite clean though quite shabby and the bathroom was damp and there wasn't enough toilet roll and no spares available. the bed was comfortable and bedding clean and fresh. If you think that you are getting the place to yourself as the advert suggests then do not be fooled as you are not. That being said it was pretty quiet other than take away being delivered at 11pm and being in the room next to the front door. The location was really good...

“Lights were hanging from their wires over a bed. Wet musty towels had been left in the washing machine. The floors were not clean. The hot water went out on the last day and host gave no response to inquiries. I would not recommend this property to anyone”

“Our stay was great! The owners were very responsive - we only had one towel when we checked in but they got us some more very quickly. They sent over recommendations as well prior to. It was easy to find and the street parking is plenty. We were on the other side of the river of downtown Belfast but was still easy to walk to, about a 20 min walk. Everything was great and the decor added a nice touch. Side note: that the neighborhood has a bunch of food places but are cash only. Not a major...

“This property is in a convenient location on a main bus route to the city centre. There is also street parking if needed. The house itself is in some need of refurbishment- stained and flaking paintwork. Damaged flooring and furniture. Front door is difficult to lock and unlock. In terms of equipment it is very poorly appointed. This property should host 4 people there were only 3 plates, no spoons, 1 saucepan, no bottle opener - I could continue. There is an iron but no ironing board....
