“A lovely, roomy one bedroom apartment within easy walking distance of downtown and the waterfront. With parking, a full-size washer and dryer, and a full kitchen, it had everything we needed.Some communications came via email, others came via VRBO’s messaging, so it was a bit confusing, but we did get all the info needed for our stay. The mattress is getting a bit worn and may benefit from replacement soon, but otherwise the place was ideal. ”

Outside on deck, BBQ and all utensils you need, sit back and enjoy the view of the water and boats. Absolutely beautiful! Lawn chairs and fire pit to use. Could not ask for anything more!”

“This place was not our original booking. Vrbo double booked our first place so we were asked that we pick one of 2 other places to stay. We chose this one because we only needed 2 bedrooms and the other one was a 4 bedroom house. The house was very clean and we were thankful for that.The pictures do not fully show the dilapidation of the accommodation.It sleeps 7 but 7 people can't eat or sit to watch TV. “We had a great stay. It is small and in the basement but its very clean and had everything we needed. Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen, good AC, lots of nice extras. Really easy check in. Good communication from the host. There is no living room which wasn't entirely clear from the pictures but we didn't miss it. Location is perfect for being close to downtown but still away from the worst of the traffic. We would definitely recommend it to others and stay again if we had the chance.”
