The location was perfect. We were able to walk to almost everything we wanted to do. It was amazing. The only complaint was the extremely uncomfortable bed. It was tolerable for the first couple of nights, but as time went on it got worse and worse. If your trip is a short one (2-3 nights tops), it would probably be fine. Over a week was rough for us.

Our favorite place to stay during our entire trip. Layout of the apartment was great, it's location was absolutely perfect - right downtown so everything was walkable. We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was lovely. Spacious and comfortable with everything that we required for a pleasant couple of days. It’s not a great position if you don’t have a car or prefer not to drive but there were a few places to eat about 10 minutes walk.

Excellent city center apt for the money

Absolutely would recommend, every amenity was thought of, present well and rules easy to understand. Customer service was excellent and prompt, kept me well informed even before i arrived. Security was great and car parking included was a bonus. Property was well situated for all sight seeing and tours in centre of belfast. Would have liked 2 keys as felt we were doing everything together as only one key.

Reasonable apartment in good location of Belfast

The apartment is well situated for access to Belfast and there is plenty of space within the apartment. The finish in the apartment is very poor and some of it looks like it was a self dIY project, particularly the tiling and the kitchen cabinets. However, it was clean, well situated and reasonable value for money!

Nice location, fails in it's #1 job though.

This was the second half of a family vacation. The apartment was big, well-decorated, and had all the amenities that we would need for several nights in Belfast. Location is pretty fantastic - we were within walking distance to much of the central Belfast city core. There is parking on site included. Problems: 1: You can only get help between 9am and 5pm. If you arrive after 5pm, and have issues getting the garage door open like I did, you're out of luck until the next morning (note that standing to the left of the door and pressing the button repeatedly will work eventually). Similarly, if you find out that the smoke detector in the room is complaining of a dying battery, there's no one to help until you've spent a night with non-stop beeping. They did respond quickly the next morning, and dispatched a maintenance person to look, but they weren't equipped to fix the problem, and we never heard from them again. It beeped our entire stay. You also have one set of physical keys to worry about. Go to a pub and forget/lose the keys? You can't get back into the room until morning. They should be offering a spare set. Yes, this is a short-term rental type property. Others I've stayed at had a number to call at any time. 2: It simply isn't comfortable. The beds were top 3 worst beds of all my hotel stays in Europe. Couch wasn't better. The rooms make for nice Instagram pics, but that's it. I'll return to Belfast. But not this apartment.

The worst customer service.

The check in is the worst. They were not helpful at all. The whole lockbox and key is all backwards. The garage situation not much better got stuck in the wrong garage and said maybe the next day they could help us but not sure never checked back to see if we got out made us late retuning the car rental so was charged an extra 200.00 for late return. The floors were filthy if you walked barefoot from bathroom to bedroom your feet were black. Will not book ever again and would no recommend for clients as I am a travel agent.

Perfect apartment in Belfast

This is an absolutely wonderful place to stay! Spacious, clean, very well appointed right down to laundry soap. Fantastic location. Would definitely stay here again. Within easy walking distance of everything.

It was that good I checked out a day early and booked another hotel . I contacted the hotel via hotels.com and was told tough and never received a refund for the 2nd night I never stayed at the apartment . Would definitely never stay again and wouldn’t recommend it at all
