Eglantine Avenue

Location was excellent although parking was hit and miss when trying to get close to the apartment. On the upside parking is free. All round good value. Enjoyed our stay.

Clean, good location

We were in Apartment 6 and for being several floors up, we could still hear street noise (people talking, screaming, laughing) til about 11:30 p.m. with cigarette smoke wafting in through open windows, so had to close them, although we could still hear the noise and it got quite warm in our rooms in early June. A hook or two would be nice in the bathroom, or a towel bar to hang clothes and towels. Bedrooms were a bit small, but otherwise, very clean, spacious and the W/D worked well. Wi-fi did not work in the bedrooms. Check-in and out was very easy, but the key didn’t fit well making it difficult to lock/unlock the door. Also, we had to drive around a bit to fond a spot to park on the street.

Unprofessional Staff

The apartment was different than the photos. We stayed in Eglantine avenue which is not featured in any of these images. The apartment was nice enough for our one night stay. We only stayed in the apartment for dinner and to sleep - other than that we were out in Belfast. Two days later we got an email saying that our deposit is kept due to a broken sofa bed and light switch panel. None of us were aware of the damage and Giant Serviced Appartments were unhelpful in letting us know any details on the damage. Also, £150 was a bit high to cover a patch underneath the sofa that had came away and a crack in a light switch! Me and my friends had moved back to England but I am originally from Belfast. My dad in Belfast rang GSA to ask for more details and see the damage in the apartment himself. With my mum as witness, the girl on the phone called my dad all names under the sun and said that if he rang again she would call the police and that she will give back the deposit. She said my dad was aggressive when my mum was witness to the conversation and disagreed. The girl then rang me to shout at me and wouldn't accept my apology for my dads aggression (before I knew that this was not true). I then sent the images of the damage back to her with the time stamp for the images to be taken FOUR HOURS BEFORE OUR CHECK IN. So the cause of all the verbal abuse and drama was proved to be false accusations. We got no apology, and we will not be booking again

整體住宿是很好的，設備也都很好，但就是聯繫主要透過網站很不即時，我們待的天數是三個晚上人數又多，衛生紙不夠用，後來也沒有補是我們自己出去買，但是暖氣真的超強的，很棒！

OK place, close to Queens University Belfast

Giant Serviced Apartments are reasonable place to stay in Belfast. Following are pros and cons: Pros: -Apartments are clean. -Beds are very comfortable. -No allocated parking for your car by management but ample parking on street in front. -Laundry is functional and very handy if staying longer. -Stove microwave were clean. Cons: -Kitchen is clean and have some cook ware but not fully furnished for proper cooking. -If staying in apartment number 6: You are out of luck. Washroom has sewer smell and it is real bad. -This is unmanned property and you are on your on if something in emergency required. Closing note: Management was very co operative and tried to fix washroom issue but there was no quick fix. I would still appreciate their support with hope this apartment number 6 will not be rented unless washroom issue is fixed.

Block of apartments ... photo must be of best apartment in unit. Was disappointed as we needed to use sofa bed and chose according to photo ... would have selected different apartment if knew the layout of this one... felt more like student apartment

Trop bruyant !

Très bel appartement. Malheureusement, nous n'avons pas pu dormir entre 2h et 4h du matin en raison d'un groupe de jeunes qui ont organisé une "boite de nuit" dans l'appartement du dessus !! Nous sommes allés les voir pour leur demander de cesser leur bruit. Nous aurions du appeler le numéro de service de garde mentionné sur la fiche d'accueil

A chegada foi um pouco confusa e não tem estacionamento da propriedade, mas encontramos vaga com facilidade na rua mesmo. Muito espaçoso e limpo.

Appartement 2 chambres (N•4-1er étage).Les +: Près du centre ville.Au calme.Parking gratuit dans la rue ok.Organisation très pratique. Propre et refait à neuf.Mobilier neuf. Lave linge +sèche linge. Lits confortables.Wifi ok. Les - qui peuvent s'arranger très facilement : lit sofa gris (pb tenue du sommier).vaisselle réduite pour y manger à 5. Pas de vue mais pas si important quand on passe ses journées à visiter...

Great place for larger family staying in Belfast

Good location and had space for our larger party. Check in was easy and clearly communicated. Nice neighborhood. Pillows were very flat and should be better.

Great apartment, noisy on the night I stayed

Great place, probably best described a a 4 person sleeper as I wouldn't want to sleep on the bed setees in the kitchen. I would happily stay again although the night I stayed, the next appartments were having a party (prom or something!). Plumbing noisy, but not as noisy as the neighbours were at 4 in the morning. I would expect the party was a one off. Good range of restaurants and a couple of bars just around the corner, with more in thye opposite direction at the top of the road.

Nice space in a walkable neighborhood.

The check in was seamless and the rooms were spotless. Everything worked very well and the neighborhood was so walkable. The only concern was parking. Hard to say if this is an everyday concern or just because of an event. All in all, huge space, clean, easy, delightful.

Great stay, it had everything we needed!

First time using Giant serviced appartments but they didnt disappoint. Everything we could need was available, even tea coffee and sugar. All clean and fresh throughout, would definitely call again!

The accommodation was lovely and clean. We had a bit of a problem with the shower draining and the sofa beds weren't particularly comfortable but was great for what we needed it for.

Lovely Appartments

We had a great one night stay. Easy check in and out. Beds quite firm but not uncomfortable. Nice living space and bathroom. Would definitely stay again and recommended to friends. Leanne was very helpful when arranging ground floor appartment for wheelchair access.
