It has a sea view, is less than one kilometre from the beach, has a swimming pool and can accommodate up to 5 people. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive 18 m² living room, fitted kitchen, good-sized bedroom and bathroom. We're waiting for you!

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, plancha.

Outside:
- A shared unheated swimming pool open from mid-May to the end of September.
- A 9 m² south-facing terrace.
- A 16 m² furnished and covered north-facing terrace with a sea view to enjoy the fine weather.

The flat is ideally located in Lozari, in the commune of Belgodère, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market, etc.
