Relax and enjoy the surrounding beauty

Perfect location to the wedding venue we attended. We also found a great hike not far from the VRBO and always nice to come back to this beautiful view.

Short but sweet visit!

We loved the Sunset Chalet! Very comfortable and all of the welcoming goodies & fresh flowers! We enjoyed our short but sweet stay! Beautiful view of the stream surrounded by the best smelling pine trees! The host was wonderful & very welcoming! Cant wait to visit again! sweet stay!

I am so absolutely impressed with the property and the photos were super accurate and the communication with the home owner was amazing as well! So happy we stayed on this families property and will highly recommend. Hotel like quality with alllll the lake amenities to take advantage of. Day one we used the fire pit and lounging chairs to relax and hot tub at night. We had an excursion the next day and we loved coming back to the comfortable beds to just relax and found a great restaurant in the area on Water street. We will be back and know they have other properties but the Feras family is great and love the compound !

Amazingly beautiful

Beautiful chalet, vaulted ceiling, gas fireplace, Very comfortable bed. This Host includes all the extra touches that make this getaway special and he is very responsive to questions. Having the host live on the property is a plus. Beautiful river front location great for canoeing or just listening to the loons.

Studio/cottage, Belgrade Lakes area

Had a very nice and quiet family weekend here in clean and comfortable studio/cottage. Very nicely presented and felt welcomed. Just right balance of knowing owners were nearby if needed, but we had privacy as well. Would like to return in summer/fall to take advantage if waterfront opportunities to swim, paddle and enjoy beautiful views. Would recommend to others.

Amazing getaway experience

This is by far one of the best places we’ve stayed. From the beautiful decor, exposed wood and cozy fireplace. It was the attention to detail and small little extras that made this an extra special visit. The serene music playing as you enter the home to the specialized note and picnic basket! They are very accommodating to any situation that may arise and communicate on a five star level. An amazing stay and will be visiting again!

A Gem in the Belgrades

We loved our stay at this property. It exceeded our expectations in every way. We used the jacuzzi every day, played all the games in our own personal game room that was stocked with tons of brand new games. We used the pontoon boat which I highly highly recommend. The beds and bedding were five star, our host was lovely, the rooms was spotless. We're coming back again in Fall to enjoy another season here.

Wonderful little gem on Belgrade Lake. Awesome hosts. It's a 10!

We were looking for a small spot on a Maine lake for a weekend birthday celebration. This is it. We were able to easily book our stay, ask questions that were quickly answered & felt like guests of their home. They are wonderful, informative, communicative. Their cottage is immaculate, inviting & had everything needed. The owners have a great guide of area activies, eateries & shops that was most useful. We will stay there again if we make it back to Maine.

A Perfect Wedding Weekend Retreat

This host and property are absolutely amazing! We reserved all three units, Moonlight Treehouse, Skyview Treehouse and Sunset Chalet as our accommodations for the weekend, to attend our daughter's wedding at a nearby venue. Each unit is beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, comfortable, and inviting. Feras, our host, was always available to help by promptly answering questions, accommodating special requests, and even allowing us to tour the property prior to our stay. Each unit was full of special surprises: fresh cut flowers, desserts, snacks, beverages, coffee and even champagne and a teddy bear for the bride and groom! Feras even checked in with me prior to check-in to see if there were any other special gifts he could provide for the bride and groom. Although we were away from the property often, busy with wedding activities, we were able to enjoy the hot tub, the beautiful view of the stream from our deck with coffee, paddleboarding on the water, and time around the firepit in the evening with family and friends. The property is pet friendly, and our dogs enjoyed the spacious, well-maintained grounds, swimming in the stream, while also being safe, comfortable, and secure in our treehouse while we attended the wedding. Feras went above and beyond our expectations, making us, and our dogs, feel welcome...a true home away from home. It was abundantly clear Feras and family truly care about the comfort of their guests, and worked hard to make everything perfect for our daughter's wedding weekend. We will definitely return in the future for another stay, and now our daughter and new son-in-law have a perfect retreat to return to in the future for anniversary celebrations. This a beautifully unique and exquisite property…thank you Feras and family for an amazing stay!

Beautiful Cabin

We had a wonderful time at the sunset Chalet. The cabin was clean and the views were beautiful. We enjoyed kayaking, paddle boarding and exploring the stream with our kids and my little dog. Plenty of choices for entertainment as well for a family movie at night. The hosts are very kind, friendly and welcoming. Thank you Feras! We would highly recommend staying here.

Belgrade Lakes Maine

The property was on water with lots of "water toys" (paddleboard, kayaks, etc). Outdoor areas were what Maine is all about ponds, pine, birch, birds, chipmunks and more. The location was only an hour to an hour and half from my favorite seacoast towns, Camden, Wisscaset, antique shopping in Brunswich and Waterville and Belfast, and LL Bean in Freeport. Perfect location for me and my shopping, sightseeing friends.
