“We had a great experience at Xanadu. I loved that it was on the beach, but also had an in the rainforest feel. The staff's hospitality and service were excellent! They maintained the beach well, one of the few resorts nearby without mounds of sea grass piled up, which really elevated the appearance and experience since it gets stinky. They arranged golf carts and excursions, making all logistics coordination easy. The room had everything we needed, even giving us options for bedroom...

“Kaitlynn - the property manager - was exceptional in every way, with prompt answers to questions before and during our stay. We stayed in 2 different units during our 2 week vacation, both were excellent, with a wonderful balcony overlooking the ocean. With the ocean breezes, we rarely used the AC, instead leaving the windows open. The location was perfect for us, we walked everywhere, never rented a golf cart. For a moderately priced condo rental, this was a great value.”

“The condo was beautiful and very comfortable. Well stocked on amenities. The only issue is that it is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. It is about 1hr away from secret beach on a golf cart. Downtown is about a 25min drive. Cecelia was very helpful and we felt very safe and well taken cared of. We will definitely come back. ”

“Our stay at Ashton Court over Spring Break was wonderful. We rented a three bedroom condominium that faced the water. Had a balcony with beautiful views, condo was updated and very nice. Nice pool and bar that we used on the days we weren't at the beach or on the water. The staff was excellent, always available, made all our dinner reservations, security guard onsite all night and the owner, Ken, was there the entire week we were.
