“Our stay was perfect! The hosts take immaculate care of the property! The sand was even raked every morning before sunrise. Arlene even helped us with laundry. The room was comfortable and the little kitchenette was very convenient. We spent an entire day just relaxing on the property. Arlene was kind enough to even walk with us to the bus stop and gave us great advice. We will definitely be back as we feel we made friends for life. We appreciated everything! ”

“This property is worth every penny. Close enough to San Ignacio that most tours picked me up for free or a small fee. I took a morning walk to the orchard, enjoyed incredible food at the on site restaurant, and everyone working there made us feel extremely well taken care of. 10/10 would absolutely recommend. ”

“As mentioned by others, the property is fairly far from the center of the action, but at times this could be a good thing. A golf cart or bikes are suggested. Due to the proximity of the 4 units, privacy was not at a premium. The property was clean, had lots of storage space and towels and the manager was extremely responsive to any requests. Would stay here again.”

“We have stayed here twice now. The location is great for families with kids. The cottages are in a quiet yet convenient part of the island. The pool is a favorite of our grandkids. We had everything we needed to enjoy Caye Caulker. The kitchen was well appointed but the street food is so delish and reasonably priced who needs to cook? We will be back in the future.”

“Moody blue cottage was the perfect fit for us. If we come back to caye caulker, this is where we want to stay. Every thing about this property was great. Be sure to arrange snorkeling trip with Francis and wish we had known that we could arrange fishing with him before booking through a local company. “This was our 3rd time staying in the Dock House at the Chat and Chill. What can I say? It’s been so lovely we have come 3 times, 3 years in a row. We love the low key, no frills, all fun that this place is. Daniel and his family keep this place so well kept and wonderful. They are incredible hosts who are so attentive and kind. “We loved our stay at the Bayblue Cottage. Francis was super helpful and friendly with us getting checked in and giving us recommendations for our visit on the island. We loved the cottage, the view, the hammocks, the beach, and the bikes that were provided which helped us get around. We would definitely stay again! ”

“We loved it! Lulled to sleep by the sounds of the sea below and around us! Henry and Isis and Daniel were sooo attentive to our every need and whim! The food was great at Chat n Chill, so we didn’t go anywhere else while there except to venture north to swim and beachcomb. Lovely stay!”
