“We had a wonderful experience at this location. Check-in was very easy, and the host was most accomodating with our early check-in request. The location is convenient to much of what we wanted to see in Belize City. The studio apartment was neat and clean with all of the accessories that we would have wanted. It is our plan to return to Belize City in the future and our hope to again stay at this location.”

“Everywhere you go it's cold pools. It's so warm and steamy that jumping into a cool pool with a margarita nearby is a dream.The place is immaculate, and the bed is very comfortable and firm. Bottle drinking water is provided for all your needs and the entire facility as well thought out and well appointed. If you want to travel late and go to a house that takes care of you this is the place. You're right on the main strip and the front yard is the best on the island. Enjoy yourself worth it.”

“We enjoyed staying on the quieter part of the island, while still being able to easily walk and bike to shops and restaurants, etc. The pool was lovely and refreshing. We regularly ate at the restaurant next door, as it was delicious, had lots of options and very convenient. Yoga was also right nextdoor. Bikes were easy and cheap to rent for a day. “Joan and her family were very pleasant hosts. They provided great info and recommendations to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Although there was an issue with the refrigerator, Joan did have some cute decorations and treated us for breakfast for our anniversary which is super sweet. Ice was provided for the duration of the stay in place of the refrigerator not working. They did their best to accommodate us and we are super appreciative. The outdoor was beautiful and secluded...

“We were oceanfront. The property is amazing and well cared for. The staff couldn’t be more helpful and friendly. We ate out but the kitchen has plenty of stuff if you want to cook. Recommend renting a golf car from the property, the island is small but it was really nice to ride around. We will be coming back for a longer stay.”

“The host, Annalise was very warm and welcoming. Great location. There is a restaurant/bar next door with live music and great food. Although there is a restaurant, there is still plenty of peace and tranquility. The timing of the noise is just right. The size of the unit works - not too big, not too small. I like the touch of the bathrobes, not everyone in Belize provides them, but they should. It's so convenient for the climate when transitioning between showering and dressing.”
