Direct ride-in/ride-out access to the Back 40 Trail! This allows guests to maximize their time on world-class mountain biking trails without the hassle of driving to a trailhead.

Backyard: Pet-friendly with a fully fenced backyard. Travelers can bring their dogs along and have a safe, enclosed space for them to play and relax.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire Back 40 Lodge, including:

Note: One locked supply closet is not accessible.



Check-in instructions and door code will be provided 12 hours prior to arrival. Guest passes for Bella Vista amenities are available upon request after booking. They are free to request; each amenity charges a guest fee even with the pass, per the Bella Vista POA rules.

Dog-friendly stay

Dogs are welcome with prior approval. A $40 per pet, per stay fee applies after booking. Please clean up after your pet, keep pets off furniture, and crate them when unattended (kennel provided). Additional cleaning fees may apply if guidelines are not followed. The hime features a fully fenced backyard for your convenience.



Important

We reserve the right to verify guest count at check-in and charge for additional guests if needed. For security, an outdoor camera is installed at the front of the property that is capable of recording audio and video, but it cannot see inside the home.



Interaction with Guests:

While we are here if you need us, we respect your privacy during your stay. Guests can check in with ease with no contact. You will receive check in instructions the day of check in that will include a door code.
