Cooking Appliances & Layout: An apartment-size refrigerator, dual-burner cooktop, toaster oven / air fryer, a pressure cooker / slow cooker, grill press, and microwave set against epoxy countertops. Plus an outdoor propane grill.

Gourmet Coffee & Beverage Bar: Equipped with a drip coffee maker, two varieties of coffee, electric tea kettle, an assortment of teas, sugar, half-and-half, three gourmet flavored coffee syrups, and a filtered water pitcher in the fridge.
