LOCATION

We're located in a very secluded area of the Highlands in Bella Vista. We are on a dead end street and are the only home on the street so it's very peaceful! Large pine trees surround the home on one side and large oak trees on the other sides of us.

• Parking on site for 2 vehicles in the driveway.

• We're just a mile off the mountain biking trails with Tunnel Vision being the closest trail head! We're also less than a mile from Granton Park and boat launch!

• The surrounding area is very bike friendly so feel free to cruise around on your bikes too!


GUEST ACCESS

• You will have access to the entire home and yard.

* As a guest, you are allowed access to Bella Vista POA amenities (a list of amenities and prices can be found at bellavistapoa/com/fee-rates-schedule/) if you request guest passes from us after your booking is confirmed, at least 3 business days before your arrival. Full instructions will be provided after booking.

★ IMPORTANT: These amenities are not guaranteed by us as part of your rental agreement. Our only involvement is to request the passes so you can arrange and pay for the activities you wish to enjoy. The amenities are not free but you are provided access to them for a cost per activity as a guest. We provide your contact info to the POA, and they manage it from there and will send the passes.

• We don’t live on site but we love hosting and want to ensure you’re comfortable and enjoying your time at our home. Reach out anytime with questions or needs!


OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE

• We provide the initial toiletry items for kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Additional supplies will be the guests' responsibility.

• All of our TVs are smart TVs and setup for you to stream from your own accounts.

• If you're traveling with your furry friends we ask that they aren't left unattended unless they're in a kennel (we provide 1 that we store in the shed), do not allow them on the furniture or beds, and please pickup pet waste before you leave.

• Guests may see some wildlife or insects during your stay — this is common for properties in natural, wooded, or lakeside areas.
