“The house itself slept plenty and the layout was nice. The driveway was steeper than expected. Not really an issue, but rather something to point out. Loved having the lake and trail access. It was an easy drive to the other mountain bike destinations in Bentonville. Garage and bike racks were very convenient for having a place to work on and store bikes. When I come back I will certainly book again.”

“We had a great stay at this property. The house is lovely, clean, and the number of bedrooms was great for our family. With two small children, having a third bedroom in case the kids weren't getting along at bed/nap time was a great contingency. Bella Vista in general is very convenient with a number of trails/lakes/streams, playgrounds, attractions, and varied restaurants/grocery stores within convenient driving distance.
